Contracting authority intends to award to the institution of the DAS to easily and quickly orders. The DPS focuses on the hiring of personnel in various procurement processes. Each provider can apply throughout the term of the DAS.

The process of customer contacts has many peak demand throughout the year. In the first half of the year the focus is on the monthly posting of tax bills in the second half of the year are used monthly various actions related to the recovery measures (debt collection actions) and dismiss objections.
