Lng Transaction Advisory To Mozambique REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OFINTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES ? FIRMSSELECTION) Credit No.: IDA 5199 - MZ Assignment Title: LNGTransaction Advisory to Mozambique ? Phase VI Reference No.: C87 ?B4 The GovernmentofMozambique has requested financing from the World Bank towardthe cost of the Mining and Gas TechnicalAssistance Project (MAGTAP), and intends toapply part of the proceeds forconsulting services. The consulting services ("the Services") include:(i) Provide advice and guidance regarding the contractual and commercialaspects of the LNG Gas Value Chain; (ii) Develop an economic/financial model ofthe LNG Value Chain; (iii) Model the impact of the technical, commercial andcontractual negotiation variables during the negotiations; (iv) Provide adviceand guidance to the GoM´s LNG Negotiating Team on economic and financialmodeling during the negotiations; (v) Review and provide advice on the fiscalterms; (vi) Provide advice and negotiate agreements to which the GoM is a signatory,including Direct Agreements if required; (vii) Provide support and advice onthe development of Mozambican domestic gas market and; (viii) Conductshort-term training courses as well as on-the ?job training in the topicslisted above for designated GoM personnel. The Ministry of MineralResources and Energy now invites eligibleconsulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing theServices. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating thatthey have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform theServices. The shortlisting criteria are: (i) experience in advising governments andcorporations on all elementsof the LNG and natural gas value chain; (ii) knowledge of LNG market conditionsand commercial practices and network of specialist covering a wide range oftechnical and commercial disciplines related to LNG; and (iii) Internationaland regional experience in project economics, financing of major infrastructureprojects and economic modeling to support negotiations of LNG projects. Design Cra Monitoring Information System And Ibnet Data Collection Platform REPUBLIC OF MOZAMBIQUE WATER REGULATORY COUNCIL (CRA) GREATER MAPUTO WATER SUPPLY EXPANSION PROJECT(GMWSP) Project ID No. P125120 Credit No. IDA52900 REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Contract Nº.CRA/GMWSP/CON02/15 1.       The Government of Mozambique (hereinafter called "Borrower") has received financing from theWorld Bank toward the cost of the Greater Maputo Water Supply Project, whose component D is aimed towards Technical Assistance toCRA, and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit for consultingservices. 2.       The Government of Mozambique, through the funds of GMWSP intends to apply part of this forthepayments under the contract for "Design CRA Monitoring Information System andIBNet Data Collection Platform".
