The contract includes the following:
a) Supply of new hardware equipment and software licenses, including support services and maintenance for 36 months, for the evolution of the extension of the IWS technology platform;
b) for designing, implementing and testing enlargement of the technological infrastructure of the SII; the services include:
b.1. delivery, installation and configuration of hardware and software components provided at the two sites of Rome of the SII;
b.2. connectivity services to Internet;
b.3. the integration of new environments with existing systems, including mentoring activities with the current provider of operational services, and the migration of services and databases on new environments.
c) for the operational management services for systems and networks, to be paid after the successful testing of the product to the point b); the services include:
c.1. basic service, provided on working days, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 23 (two 8-hour shifts);
c.2. Optional services on request, hours and / or days that do not fit in the window of the night / day base (round service festive, night shift working days, each turn is considered to 8 hours).
