Limerick City and County Council requires Engineering Consultancy services in relation to the Incorporation of Barnagh Tunnel and Viewing Area onto the Great Southern Greenway (GSG).
The commission requires the Consultant to undertake the preliminary design, Part VIII, detailed design, prepare contract documents for the construction project, formulate replies to tender queries, undertake the assessment of tenders and the preparation of a tender assessment and recommendation report. The scope of works will include the administration of the Construction contract and to act in the role of PSDP.

IDA Ireland is seeking to appoint a suitable consultant to undertake a study to identify potential strategic land banks in Ireland that would be particularly suitable for accommodating the sustainable development of large scale Data Centre projects.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that their tender is complete and reaches the Contracting Authority by the designated deadline.
The Contracting Authority is using the Tender Postbox facility and tenders must be submitted electronically via the etenders postbox facility on www.etenders.gov.ie only.  The Contracting Authority is not responsible for corruption in electronic documents. Tenderers must ensure electronic documents are not corrupt.
In responding to this tender all tenders must follow the format of the tender document and respond to each element of the tender document in the order as set out in this RFT.   Tenders should produce their response as a SINGLE UPLOADED FILE, if possible, which is clearly labelled, page numbered and indexed.
Tenderers must ensure that they give themselves sufficient time to upload and submit all required tender documentation before the tender closing date/time. Tenderers should take into account the fact that upload speeds vary. There is a maximum of 2.14 GB for individual files sent to the electronic postbox and a one-hour limit for upload. In order to submit a document to the electronic postbox, please note that you must click “Submit Response”. After submitting you can still modify and re-send your response up until response deadline. Tenderers should be aware that the ‘Submit Response’ button will be disabled automatically upon the expiration of the response deadline.

Iarnród Éireann (IE) invites Applications from suitably qualified companies to
participate in the Pre-
Qualification process for appointment to a Qualification System for the provision of
Structural Design
Consultancy Services. This Qualification system will operate for a period of three
years.
Iarnród Éireann is responsible for the suitability of their infrastructure and may
need to renew structures following inspection due to deterioration or due to the
need to improve clearances for the passage of rail traffic. There is a continual body
of design works that needs to be undertaken and IÉ is seeking expertise from
suitable Consultants for the provision in the area of bridge design, detailing and
the preparation of tender documentation, in the following areas for Bridge
Renewals and Bridge repairs (this information is included in the attachment
specification that can be downloaded from the etender notice)

River Bridge and Channel Survey Services (Qualification System)

Iarnród Éireann has over 350 bridges (structures greater than 2m) over water. All
these bridges and riverbeds require periodic inspections. Some inspections are
carried out yearly, other are every 3 years and more are on a 6 yearly cycle.
Iarnród Éireann is looking to appoint specialist expertise to undertake inspection of
railway bridges that traverse water courses as well as carry out bridge and river
surveys.
The consultant is to provide expertise in the following areas:
1.	Provide divers/surveyors for a bridge and riverbed inspections/surveys
2.	Record the topography using surveying techniques
3.	Using the previous base line surveys (supplied by IE) identify changes in the
structure and/or the river channel.
4.	Provide factual report on findings.
5.	Provide for Engineers review of the factual report.
The Qualification System is also to include for inspection of any structure following
a flood event. In the period after a flood event structures throughout the IE network
may need to be inspected to determine the extent, if any, of damage caused by
the event. The availability of divers will form part of the evaluation.
The divers/ surveyors are to be trained for Personnel Track Safety (PTS) on the
awarding of any contract. The cost of this will be included in any tenders.
The successful Contractor will be required to supply appropriately qualified
personnel.

specialist rolling stock consultancy services to support the office of the Chief
Mechanical Engineer.
Consultancy services will cover (but not limited to) the following disciplines;
Vehicle Dynamics, Supplier Auditing, Design Approvals, Safety Cases, Engineering
Support, TSI Briefings, Risk Management, Technical Approvals, New Product and
Process Development, Feasibility Studies and Cost/Benefit Analysis.
The qualification system will run for a period of 3 years with the option to extend the
qualification system by a further 2 years.
