Pula Bus Renewal Programme

Pula Promet d.o.o intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development [the Bank] for a project to renew the company bus fleet. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EURO five (5) million equivalent, will require the procurement of the following goods: Procurement of 20 CNG buses, spare parts tools and diagnostic equipment

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2016.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Purchaser's country.

Rijeka District Heating

This is an update of the General Procurement Notice issued on 10 December 2014

Energo d.o.o. Rijeka intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development [the Bank] for a project to Rijeka District Heating, aiming at rehabilitation of district heating network in the City of Rijeka, building a new power plant with supply and installation of gas fired boilers and supply and installation of cooling equipment for district heating services.

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 6.150 million equivalents, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:

  1. Rehabilitation of existing District Heating network (section 2)
  2. District heating substations
  3. Implementation of integrated energy management
  4. Supply and installation of boilers (including boiler housing, heat only gas fired boilers and steam boilers)
  5. Supply and installation of cooling equipment for district cooling services

 

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2016.

Port of Sibenik - Maritime Passenger Terminal

This notice is an update to the GPNs for this project which were published in the Bank’s Procurement Opportunities on 21 October 2008 (5858-GPN-39749), 15 March 2010 (6093-GPN-39749).

 

The Port of Sibenik Authority (PSA) has used a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) and intends to use savings of its proceeds to contribute towards financing the Maritime Passenger Terminal in the Port of Sibenik. The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 1, 8 million, will require the procurement of the following works and services:

 

           Civil works related to the building of the Maritime Passenger Terminal and

          Consultancy services for the supervision of the above works.

 

 

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2017.
