The said project aims to strengthen the capacities of the CCAIMAG to enable it to fulfill its mission of promoting SMEs in particular from the implementation of a Certified Management Centre (CGA), the Stock Exchange of Subcontracting ; and a Centre for Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation. The services provided under this contract provide that the Consultant will support the load CCAIMAG in the implementation of the CGA with the following results: Design - The tasks and general objectives, operational and specific CGA are defined; - The institutional framework, functional and organizational structure is proposed; - Strategic activities and operational processes, organizational diagram of the structure is defined and implemented. Implementation - The Accredited Management Centre (CGA) is operational; - His economic management model is developed. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), invites consultants to apply for Interested consultants must provide information on their ability and experience showing that they are qualified for the above mentioned services (brochures, description of the performance similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among consultants can get together to increase their chances of qualification.
