Acquisition, implementation and maintenance of an event management solution, booking of rooms and resourcesThe mode hosted in Vincennes is the installation of the solution on the servers internally. The consultant will provide the necessary prerequisites for the installation of the application on the servers. The purpose of this consultation is to provide the city with a complete solution for the management of rooms, resources and events (reservations, stock management. ..) as well as the operational and hierarchical validation of internal requests. The solution will also have to interface with the software of the city: HR (time management), association management and key cabinet. Access to the solution will be via the intranet of the city by single authentication. The form of the contract is in the nature of a purchase. The service also includes operation and maintenance (evolutionary and corrective) of the tool. The procurement contract and the maintenance or follow-up market are separate, but will be notified at the same time. The solution must be operational by 01/03/2018.
