This consultation only concerns lot 02: specific tasks. The other lots were the subject of a separate consultation.
Framework agreement, with no maximum, allocated to 3 operators, the minimum consists of the subsequent contracts 1 (concerns 4 groups of residential buildings) and 2 (concerns 4 groups of residential buildings). This consultation concerns the awarding of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts No 1 and No 2.
The framework agreement is likely to cover all the diagnostic missions inherent to its purpose and in particular those relating to asbestos, energy performance and lead.
Duration of performance of the lot: from the date of notification to 31.3.2018. This period is renewable 3 times in a 12-month period.
Provisional date of notification: January 2018.
Framework agreement to purchase orders for the realization of regulatory asbestos and diagnostics within the real estate heritage of Habitation Moderne.
The contract consists of 3 lots:
- Lot 1: Realization and updating of DTA and Summary Sheets
- Lot 2: Realization of RAAT in the context of Rehabilitation and current maintenance + Visual inspection of treated surfaces
- Lot 3: Realization of location before demolition.
Conduct of agricultural and forestry land operations of approximately 599 ha for Lot 1 with agricultural vocation which concerns the Communes of Knoersheim, Westhouse-Marmoutier and Zehnacker and approximately 1367 ha related to the project of the west bypass of Strasbourg on the Communes from Geispolsheim, Fegersheim and Lipsheim.
Conduct of an agricultural and forestry land development project (AFAF) for agricultural purposes in the Knoersheim and Westhouse -Marmoutier Municipalities.
Conduct of an agricultural and forestry land development operation (AFAF) linked to a major road project in the Communes of Geispolsheim, Fegersheim and Lipsheim.
Development of a software solution to allow access to consolidated information in a national database (SI-GH: hydraulic management information system).
