RTE, a company subsidiary of the EDF Group, is the manager of the French electricity transmission network. A public service company, RTE operation mission, maintaining and developing the high and extra high voltage network. RTE guarantees the smooth operation and security of the electricity system. RTE transports electricity between electricity suppliers (French and European) and consumers, whether they are electricity distributors or industrial consumers directly connected to the transmission network. With 100,000 km of lines between 63,000 and 400,000 volts and 45 cross-border lines, the network operated by RTE is the biggest in Europe. RTE achieved a turnover of € 4.702 billion in 2013. For more information about RTE, you can consult the corporate website: http://www.rtefrance.com RTE currently manages the financial recognition employees (promotions, reclassifications, individual compensation performance) through two independent annual campaigns but the principle remains the same. Data management is primarily through Excel files and automation by macros. These campaigns main aim to: - provide the administrative situation of employees and their annual remuneration; - Allow the seizure of the amount of their financial recognition as a bonus and a salary advance coefficient. In this context, RTE is the need to implement a new SaaS solution for the management of these campaigns. The expected benefits are: - The support to the project (configuration and commissioning of the solution) - User training - the hosting, maintenance and support - Implementation of changes - The reversibility Commissioning the new solution is scheduled for July 2016.
