This consultation concerns:
feasibility and optimization study for the generalization of the collection authority in the territory of the Community of agglomeration of Val de Fensch. The CAVF wishes to hire an office multidisciplinary studies or a consultants group.
With the following skills:
- Public management skills of communities, particularly in the area of waste,
- Project animation jurisdiction
- Master of competence mapping techniques (GIS).
The mission of accompaniment to the generalization of the governed. Indeed, the CA Val de Fensch rethinking the organization of the collection of household waste in order to make it more optimal. The subject of the contract is the realization of a feasibility study and optimization for the widespread collection of garbage on board the Community. It will therefore inform the client about all the parameters necessary to complete a passage regulated waste collection and optimize the collection door to door (tours, rates, tours etc ...) the soon collected in regulated sector.
The aim of this feasibility study is to provide diagnostic information and comprehensive proposals to the CAVF lead to 1 January 2019 in a single household waste collection system door to door: the control room. Furthermore, the consulting firm will optimize existing for some components (including collection systems) and suggest areas for improvement.
