The renovation includes overall total renovation of the pool and promenade deck incl. storage room, renovation of technical room incl. removing water treatment systems and the coordination of the creation / installation of client services, including the new water treatment plant, new fixtures in swimming pool, new thermal blanket with suspension and various minor renovations in related areas and envelope. The planned renovation will also incorporate environmental and energy optimizing both building and construction taking into account the overall economy, construction matters, architecture mm. Total Advisor counsels from conceptual design to the tender documents of trade contracts concerning. renovation, contracting and contacts with authorities. In addition, the lead consultant undertake site supervision and construction management during execution. Construction is expected to be performed as trade contracts. Aarhus provider operations, development, maintenance and ongoing support of a standard construction project management system of municipal building projects. Building project system must support the general case management and control of the same area.
