The aim of Masterplanung is to concentrate all clinical facilities on a location spatially and organizationally.

The UKU is looking for a specialist planner for medical operating concepts within the scope of a negotiation procedure with participation contest according to VgV §17 for the continuation of the Masterplanung. According to VgV §51, at least 3 and a maximum of 5 applicants are invited.

On the basis of the existing organizational design planning, based on the actual data, an initial strategic and structural concept was developed.

The task includes the further development of the concept developed so far with the following focus:

- proposals for the formation of clinical centers / departments with the development of functional clusters, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the cooperation between the institutions,

- Presentation of logistics support processes,

- Creation of a large-area plan,

- definition of standard modules,

- Ensuring a long-term and flexible use of the buildings,

- Creation of a space and space program according to DIN 13080 for a 1st construction section "Oncological Clinic" (including entrance / connecting building CKL, partial extensions of building blocks CKL),

- Close co-ordination with the affected clinical facilities as well as constant information of the KLV.
