The subject of the public contract is to update the Plan of Development of Water Supply and Sewerage South Moravian Region, as amended, and updates (hereinafter referred to as "elements of JMK"). Features update JMK not subject to the current state of the drinking water supply, which was updated in 2016. The deliverable includes:
a) processing features update JMK including the subsequent presentation;
b) discuss the features update JMK by Act no. 274/2001 Coll., on water mains and sewer systems for public use and amending some laws (the Water and Sewage), as amended;
c) consideration of the features update JMK by Act no. 100/2001 Coll., on assessment of impacts on the environment and amending certain related laws ( "EIA Act"), as amended.
The Contracting Authority intends to implement a project involving the development of new printing complex ICT solutions. Development will cover three areas: a) Consolidation databases and functions of the current two incompatible systems, b) Create a new comprehensive e-commerce system, c) Creating a system of analysis and verification of data for planning, workflow interconnection contracts with customers and management outputs. The contract is to provide oversight, consulting, training and services opponent. These services will be provided by an independent and impartial evaluation of the relevance, feasibility and profitability of individual parts of the above project management support, advice and training. An integral part of the implementation monitoring of the implementation and opposition opinions for individual parts of the project carried out by the contracting authority as a permanent provision of management services and the research team throughout all stages of the project. Sponsor assumes continuous cooperation throughout the duration of the project, respectively. from contract signing until the end of the project on 31. 8. 2018 in establishing the normal amount of 160 hours a month on the project site. Total required range of activities throughout the project is min. 4400 hours. The sponsor shall also state the maximum total range of activities under the project in the amount of max. 5,000 hours. Partial performance of the contract is not allowed.
The subject of the public contract is the construction / TDS management of the FIDIC (RB) construction site and the FIDIC (WB) building consultant. The service will be performed on the construction of the Pavilion of Operational Buildings, both in the part of the preparation, the actual realization and during the commissioning. The subject of the service is specified in detail in the Business Terms and Conditions attached to the tender dossier.
