Objectives: To provide aftercare psychological services in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada.

Deliverables: The contractor will provide aftercare psychological risk assessment services at Millhaven.

Expected Delivery Dates: April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 with an option to renew annually for up to three (3) additional one year periods.
