The proponent shall be a firm, licensed, oreligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Alberta. This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
