The USPFO for Florida intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction, and possible design-build services throughout Florida. The primary locations will be Air National Guard Base in Jacksonville, FL, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, FL, MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Cape Canaveral, FL, and Patrick Air Force Base in Cocoa Beach, FL. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, communications, installing of cabling, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. All will be in accordance with individual task order requirements and specifications and drawings provided with each project or master specifications. It should be noted that the majority of task orders under these contracts will be for sustainment, repair and maintenance (SRM) projects under $1M dollars. Prospective contractors will be evaluated on their ability to respond to emergencies via the main office or a staffed satellite office.
