Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to constructing new interior walls and ceilings, installing flooring, painting, installing electrical power outlets, installing telecommunications outlets, adding HVAC ductwork, adding fire suppression lines, modifying the fire alarm system at New PIV Office Area in the Diagnostic & Testing Building at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Facility in New Orleans, LA. Contractor shall completely all work, furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications.
The dollar magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS 236220 applies-size standard is $36.5 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) under NAICS 236220 and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov), along with Vets 100 at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html in order to submit offers and be eligible for award. All offerors must be listed as "verified" in the VIP database, available in VETBIZ at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
