This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside for  HUBZone.  Offeror must me HUBZone certified prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The NAICS code is 236220 and the Size Standard is $36,500,000. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. Design-build New General Instructional Building, JBSA Camp Bullis, TX 78257; Project Number CYRB110076-64352. Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor & supervision necessary to construct a general instructional facility housed within a pre-engineered metal building. The location of work will be on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Camp Bullis, Texas. The 502D Contracting Squadron , JBSA Lackland, TX intends to award a contract with a 390 day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NOTES: 1.
