WBC is implementing an ambitious transformational programme, 21st Century Council (21CC), recognising that advances in technology & changes in client behaviour enable new forms of service delivery. Integral to 21CC, WBC is exploring model options for delivery of Highways & Transport Services; currently supported by two key contracts, expiring e/o Mar 19:
Professional services, highway & transport project design
Highway maintenance & construction services
WBC wishes to consult organisations with relevant delivery experience to secure the views of market participants on potential service delivery models, aligned to 21CC. This will assist WBC to identify preferred option(s) and in planning the future procurement procedures. Procurement should commence in early 2018, though WBC can offer no guarantees.
WBC will host a Market Discovery workshop at its offices on Mon 19th June 17, 10:00–13:00. Organizations wishing to participate should submit an expression of interest by 12:00, Mon 12th.
