The project is concerned with the redevelopment of Corsham Mansion House and comprises the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Mansion House alongside the construction of a new build facility. This will provide a hub for high tech start-up businesses and bring the building back into use as an incubator for start-up businesses focusing on the digital sector. The key points of the project are:

— Refurbishment of the internal spaces within the Grade 2 Listed Mansion House.

Wiltshire Council owns a number of rural sites across the county which have the potential to deliver small numbers of affordable rentable housing units. Alongside that the council has identified a need for bungalows to be developed for older people in rural communities for them to downsize from larger family houses. The site at Charles Road Durrington has been identified and the council is conducting a procurement exercise using Restricted Procedure under Regulation 28 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The council is therefore seeking potential organisations to complete the tender pack.

The key outcomes of the initial phase of building are as follows:
