It is the intention of Trivallis to separate the works in two separate Lots as listed below: Lot 1 – AM319 Works included in this contract include the renewing of 87 kitchens and 15 bathrooms. Lot 2 – AM320 Works included in this contract include the renewing of 54 kitchens and 55 bathrooms. Trivallis will be splitting the requirement of works to ensure that the works are completed within the timeframe specified.
