to the AIRC building. The car park is situated to the rear of the AIRC Building and will have two points of access. The Contractor shall uphold and maintain public and private roads; footpaths etc., and keep the approaches to the site and the roads adjoining the site clear of mud and other debris. Works will about the boundary of the airport.
The Contract Works will comprise of the civils, electrical and landscaping works required to form the new Link Road and AIRC car park including; clearing the existing site, earthworks, drainage installation, provision of ducts, draw pits and other builders’ works for the electrical and data installations, kerbing, hard landscaping, demarcation and signage for the Link Road and AIRC car park. The AIRC Car Park is to have automatic barriers to prevent unauthorised access. Electrical works required include the installation of new LED lighting columns, bollards and security CCTV cameras. The works also incorporate electrical car charging points. The Contract Works to be included in the Contractor’s Design Proposals will include the electrical and landscaping package.
This project is to demolish existing and design and build new office at our Tolgus Depot, which will enhance operational capability, as well as the working environment of the staff.
The current office space on site consists of a concrete building of approximately 68m² and a temporary building of approximately 36m². The concrete building consists of two offices, male & females toilets (female fitted for less able visitors) and a small kitchen. The temporary building consists of one office space containing six desks.
The Contractor is responsible for the design of –
• New office building capable of housing 12 staff, and can be spread across one or two floors.
• The building shall consist of 3 office spaces, a kitchen/dining area and toilet facilities appropriate for a building of this size and occupancy and be no less than 153m²
• All storm/surface and foul water drainage covers and associated drains necessitated by their design.
• Area for small computer server and external installation of inverters for the wind turbine currently on site.
• Electrical wiring shall be in the form of a dado style conduit that allows the placement of power sockets and later the data cables and sockets.
• The building’s design and construction shall meet the requirements of any relevant Government Buying Standards and achieve BREEAM ’Very Good’ status.

The Devonshire Park Centre is fundamental to the visitor experience with the multi-use site ensuring the facilities are used all year round. With over 600 theatre shows from top comedians to west end musicals frequently selling out to enthralled audiences.
The complex attracts over 270,000 patrons each year and a further 15,000 conference delegates. Enviable banqueting space with capacity up to 800 means it’s the first choice for awards ceremonies, charity fundraisers and Christmas party nights. Over 8,000 people enjoyed fine dining and over 200 meetings and events were held within the complex.
