This is a platform to fill the ongoing requirement for construction related external consultancy across the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work 2013 (stages 0-7). No call-off tenders/competitive procurement exercises will be undertaken before 30/09/2016 to allow suppliers to request to participate (i.e. submit a completed PQQ). Suppliers can request to participate (i.e. submit a completed PQQ) and request documents at any time whilst the DPS is live. Leeds City College is seeking industry partners who can deliver skills solutions within the following business sectors: Creative and Digital, Medical Technology, Low Carbon, Environmental Technologies and Construction, Hospitality and Tourism, Engineering and Manufacturing, Finance and Business, Transport and Logistics. Specifically we are looking to develop a number of bespoke programmes for leadership and management, creative and digital and financial services, which fit the requirements of specific markets including micro industries and smaller companies who are poised for growth.
We are looking to work with highly experienced individuals who are very strong in customer engagement and have a reputation for delivering corporate development programmes to the commercial and private sector across a range of blended learning models.
Working with Industry Skills Associates will enable the College to respond effectively to a number of initiatives within the Leeds City Region including the LEP Skills Service and the emerging opportunities from the new European Strategic Investment Fund.
The Contract is for the upgrade of sports pitch 6 at Jordanstown campus and sports pitch 4 at Coleraine campus.
The existing sports pitches comprise sand carpet natural turf surfaces, and are primarily used for GAA/Gaelic football and soccer. The works shall include the removal of the existing pitch surface and sand carpet, review and upgrade of existing drainage systems, replacement of pitch surface/makeup with a new fibresand topped sand carpet, including drainage improvements and critical maintenance to successfully meet the requirements of the grow in period. The works shall also include the provision of an irrigation system for sports pitch 4 at Coleraine Campus only, involving provision of services to supply a new booster pump station and a new underground water storage tank, associate pitch irrigation pipework, associated mechanical and electrical works to supply a new travelling sprinkler system and surface water drainage connections to the new underground tank. The Contractor shall be required to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Sub-Contractor & irrigation system/pump supplier to complete the works associated with the irrigation system and water supply.
Each University Campus and general sports grounds surrounding both pitches shall remain operational for the duration of the works. The Contractor shall be required to maintain adequate protection of both pitches during construction, during grow in period and up to project handover.
It is anticipated that the works/Contract Period will commence in early April 2017 and practical completion by early July 2017, with grow in period completion by end of October 2017, and End of Defects Period by early July 2018. A detailed programme of the works will be drawn-up with the successful contractor.
Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) are Tendering the provision: training services this will include services for all of the LMH groups, LMH have taken the decision to tender the services as a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) framework which will incorporate a selection of Training requirement in the following lots: Lot 1 : General staff Training Lot 2 : Specialist ICT Training Lot 3 : Academic & Professional Training and provision of Apprenticeships Lot 4 : Health & Safety Lot 5: Construction Lot 6 : Housing Lot 7: Social, Community & Leisure Lot 8: Community and Tenant Training The Training Framework will have a term of 4 years from the 1st July 2015 to 30th June 2019 all courses will be sourced through Mini-competitions from the suppliers who have qualified through this frameworks tender process, to allow further competition and organisations to apply for future opportunities in this area LMH are exercising the functionally of the DPS by re-opening the PQQ process every 18 months to allow organisations the opportunity to join the framework in to allow for market demand for training and increases in the service. DPS Round Timetables: Expressions of Interest Start Date: Monday 13th April 2015 Round 1: Expressions of Interest End Date: Tuesday 26th May 2015. Round 2: Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday, 25th November 2016 Round 3: Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday, 25th May 2018 Please Note: Each DPS Round will be evaluated by Quality only to award suppliers a place on the framework then additionally throughout the term of the Framework mini- competition prices will be ranked in order of costs. Each submission will be reviewed separately, with the lowest price awarded the maximum 40% then added to the Quality % achieved in the DPS Round Stage of the framework method statement ranked scores. The FINAL date for submission for Round 1 will be 12 noon on Tuesday, 26TH May 2015. You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified. No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation, unless the supplier has contacted LMH Procurement and there is a valid reason. For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final Submit button and will be based on the Due North Server time.
