Fearon Hall consists of an area of 1276m2 with a small car park adjacent to the front entrance. To facilitate an increase in student numbers, additional teaching space is required to complement its existing estate. To achieve this, a new building dedicated to teaching provision is to be constructed on vacant land in the West Park zone of the campus.
