Symphony Housing Group require the provision of Insurance Services involving insurance broking, insurance underwriting or a combination of both. The term is intended to include the arrangement, placing and administration of insurance policies, as well as ancillary claims settlement and administration, risk management services and any other insurance related services.

There are 3 separate Lots covering:

— Motor Vehicle Insurance;

— Engineering Insurance and Inspection;

— All other insurance.

The minimum requirement for this procurement are as follows:

— Appropriate insurance protection for the assets, earnings and liabilities of Symphony Housing Group.

— Appropriate claims handling arrangements for all types of losses, with appropriate recording and systems for the provision of meaningful management information.

— Appropriate and effective risk management services, including training and systems for the control and reduction of exposure and losses.

Motor vehicle insurance services and insurance services as required by Symphony Housing Group, and as more fully detailed in the tender documents.

Engineering inspection services and insurances and insurance services as required and as fully detailed in the tender documents.

Insurance covering; material damage, business interruption, liability, engineering, personal accident, fidelity guarantee, professional indemnity, construction related and other insurances and insurance services as required by Symphony Housing Group, which are not covered in Lots 1 and 2, and as fully detailed in the tender documents.

The Fusion21 Education Modular Buildings Framework has been designed specifically to help the education sector provide cost effective and sustainable learning environments, the new framework has 4 lots including: Lot 1: Hire of Modular Buildings — Temporary Accommodation; Lot 2: Modular Construction with a value of up to 750 000 GBP; Lot 3: Modular Construction with a value between 750 000 GBP and 3 000 000 GBP; and Lot 4: Modular Construction worth 3 000 000 GBP and over. Fusion21 are seeking multiple and single supply partners dependent on the Lots as outlined in this Notice and the ITT.

Covers the hire of modular buildings for use as classrooms, teaching areas and the required facilities.

Covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works) of education building classrooms. The Lot covers, but is not limited to, modular buildings for teaching and/or research laboratory space, together with seminar rooms, library, learning resource centres, classrooms, social spaces, staff offices, communal areas, receptions, porterage areas, lecture theatres, classrooms, halls of residence, student areas, campus areas and facilities including sports and leisure, catering, religious, recreation, landscaping, car parking, and site security.

Covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of modular buildings (including pre-construction works) of education building classrooms. Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) are Tendering the provision: training services this will include services for all of the LMH groups, LMH have taken the decision to tender the services as a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) framework which will incorporate a selection of Training requirement in the following lots: Lot 1 : General staff Training Lot 2 : Specialist ICT Training Lot 3 : Academic & Professional Training and provision of Apprenticeships Lot 4 : Health & Safety Lot 5: Construction Lot 6 : Housing Lot 7: Social, Community & Leisure Lot 8: Community and Tenant Training The Training Framework will have a term of 4 years from the 1st July 2015 to 30th June 2019 all courses will be sourced through Mini-competitions from the suppliers who have qualified through this frameworks tender process, to allow further competition and organisations to apply for future opportunities in this area LMH are exercising the functionally of the DPS by re-opening the PQQ process every month to allow organisations the opportunity to join the framework in to allow for market demand for training and increases in the service. DPS Round Timetables: Expressions of Interest Start Date: Friday 24th April 2015 Round 1 Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday 29th May 2015. Round 2: Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday 16th October 2015. All consecutive rounds Expressions of Interest End Date: on the last day of every working month until the end of the 4 years 30th June 2019 Please Note: Each DPS Round will be evaluated by Quality only to award suppliers a place on the framework then additionally throughout the term of the Framework mini- competition prices will be ranked in order of costs. Each submission will be reviewed separately, with the lowest price awarded the maximum 40% then added to the Quality % achieved in the DPS Round Stage of the framework method statement ranked scores. The FINAL date for submission for Round 1 will be 12 noon on Tuesday, 26TH May 2015. You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified. No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation, unless the supplier has contacted LMH Procurement and there is a valid reason. For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final “Submit” button and will be based on the Due North Server time. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE. LIVERPOOL MUTUAL HOMES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE.
