The services NHS Digital receives are;

We wish to engage early with suppliers under this procurement and understand the interest in the market and Rough Order of Magnitude costs for provision of FM services to our Estate. We are seeking to engage with the market, prior to deciding our route to market from the below options:

—A single tender for a Total Facilities Management service

—A single tender with multiple Lots; allowing the supplier to bid for all or some of the services and maybe locations.

Pavements Framework

Prior information Notice: Highways England has a requirement to procure a Pavement Framework.Over the Roads Investment Strategy period 2015-2020)the investment in pavements is circa £3.3bn,approximately27% of the total,and we anticipate resurfacing over 3,440 miles of the Strategic RoadNetwork (trunk road network in England).The Framework will be primarily related to the supply of materials,plant and labour to carry out bituminous and concrete patching, surfacing and pavement construction operations including planing (milling), paving,ironwork and associated ancillary works,adjustment and renewal,in-situ and ex-situ recycling,footway surfacing and asphalt kerbing.The scope may also include emergency response.This will support Highways England's investment and maintenance programmes including:Renewal of Roads andBridges Programme,Smart Motorways,Complex Infrastructure and Regional Investment Programme. The anticipated contract length will be 4 years and will be divided into Regional Lots.

Wynyard Church of England Primary School - Phase 3 Temporary Accommodation

Description of the project: The design and construction for 'Phase 3' expansion of temporary education facilities for Wynyard Church of England Primary School, on behalf of the Education Funding Agency (EFA), at Wynyard, Billingham, to be completed for September 2017 school intake. School website: The works will involve installation of one additional single storey double classroom modular building with associated entrance lobby, pupil toilets and storage (provided on a one year hire basis), installation of the modular building, associated external works and services and removal upon completion. The contractor will be required to undertake elements of the design 'CDP', -Design, manufacture and installation of modular units, -Structural/foundations works associated with modular units, -Drainage and service connections, -External works and drainage. Procurement: The Principal Contractor will be appointed on a D&B basis and responsible for progressing all survey and design development based on specifications and indicative outline design. The proposed form of contract is the JCT 2011 Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design (ICD), with EFA standard amendments. The tender response is formed of three parts which must be completed by all bidder: Part 1 - Pass/Fail Criteria (refer to the attached document within this notice) Part 2 - Technical Assessment (10% weighting) Part 3 - Pricing Schedule (90% weighting) Subject to passing Part 1 questionnaire attached within this notice, the tender documents will be issued electronically. Planning & Building Control: The Contractor shall be responsible for discharging any planning conditions contained within the planning approval including providing any drawings and supporting information as required. The Contractor shall be responsible for submitting an application to Building Control, apply for and notify Building Control for Site Inspections during the progress of the works and obtain a Completion Certificate prior to Sectional/Practical Completion.
