The dwellings will remain occupied throughout the duration of the works. The successful Contractor is to allow for adequate traffic management to enable tenant access throughout the duration of the works, whilst also enabling egress in the event of an emergency.

In December 2013 the former Western, North Eastern, South Eastern, Belfast and Southern Education and Library Boards (now known as Education Authority) sought PQQ submissions to allow the establishment of a Pre-Qualified List of Consultants for Managed Services (PQL-MS). This PQL-MS was duly established and came into existence in February 2014. When the PQL-MS was established it was proposed that for a period up to a maximum of 4no years it would be utilised by the Education Authority and Contracting Authorities in other Education Sectors to pre-qualify Consultants for the provision of Construction Consultant services for the delivery of Construction Works Projects and other projects as may be identified by the Contracting Authorities subject to the value of the project remaining below Threshold. NOTE: Those Consultants who are currently included on the PQL-MS do not need to re-apply, unless the circumstances of their original application has changed and they wish to modify their listing.
