Procurement of tunnel lighting for the Bjørnegård tunnel.
Purchase of tunnel ventilators for E39 Eiganes tunnel and rv. 13 Hundvåg- and Ryfylke tunnel.
The work comprises the renovation of Ekeberg and Svartdals tunnel on the E6/E18 in Oslo, in the eastern part of the Opera tunnel. The Ekeberg and Svartdals tunnel is 2 connected 2-course tunnels with 2, partly 3, lanes in each course, as well as extensions by ramps. The Ekeberg tunnel is 1 580 m and stretches from Sørenga to Lodalen. The Svartdals tunnel's eastbound and westbound courses are approx. 1 460 and 1 700 m respectively, measured from the Ekeberg tunnel to Ryen.
The work shall be carried out in one course at a time, mainly during nightly closures. Due to the restricted closure time, emphasis is put on the work being carried out as quickly as possible.
The assignment apply to an execution contract for the renovation and upgrading of the Follo Tunnel at E6 (the European road 6) in Akershus. The Follo tunnel shall comply with the Tunnel safety regulations when the renovation is completed. In addition various improvement measures shall be carried out in accordance with HB N500 Road Tunnels (Previously HB 021).
The Follo tunnel was opened in 1998 and is 903 m long. The existing tunnel cross section consists of 2 T9 profiles.
The works in the tunnel and in open air zones at E6 shall be executed during nights. When the work is executed in 1 of the tunnel lanes, this lane will be closed for traffic and 2-way traffic will be established in the second lane. Works in the open air zone at E6 shall also be executed during nights. This will require work notification, which is the builder's responsibility. The need for a work notification is to be sent to the builder 14 days at the latest, before the work shall commence. Both tunnel courses shall be open for traffic during the daytime. Daytime is defined as the period between 5:30 and 22:00.
Measures shall also be carried out in the open air zones to the north and south of the Follo tunnel. The work will be carried out from profile No -3000 to profile No 12550.
— New ventilators;
— Replacing all electrical equipment in the tunnel;
— Replacing cable bridges;
— Establishing new lane signals;
— Delivery and assembly of variable signs;
— New installations in the new technical room.
Oddernes tunnel and the Banehei tunnel are located on the E18 in Kristiansand kommune. Average annual daily traffic for both of the tunnels is 50 000. The tunnels shall be upgraded in accordance with the Tunnel Safety Regulations. In this connection, some rehabilitation of the tunnels shall also be carried out. Most of the work is described as turnkey contract, but there are also some quantity regulated items for work notifications, permanent signs, VF insurance and securing of rock support.
The work comprises both building, construction and electrical disciplines.
About the tunnels:
Innfjord tunnel was opened in 1991, is 6 594 m long and has a cross section of T8,5/9.
Approx. 550 m of the tunnel (the northern end) is an older tunnel (part of Skafonna).
Måndals tunnel was opened in 1993, is 2 083 m long and has a cross section of T8,5.
Phase 1 of the improvement was carried out in 2014/2015, which consisted of replacing the lighting installations and laying new fibre cable.
The existing electro-technical installations, safety equipment and water and frost protection shall be demolished and removed and new installations shall be established in both tunnels. New turning niches shall be made and bolts shall be put on the walls in order to make room for a concrete railing through the tunnel.
New cable installations shall be established behind the concrete railing. Emergency stations and SRO installations shall be installed.
