County roads 7 Hagaås tunnel and the Liaros tunnel shall be upgraded in accordance with the Tunnel Safety Regulations (TSF) and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's handbook N500.
All electrical equipment shall be replaced and new technical rooms shall be constructed in both tunnels. New fans shall be installed in the Hagaås tunnel. Some blasting works must be expected.
The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract.
The Hagaås tunnel and the Liaros tunnel are situated along county road 7 in Samnager municipality. The tunnels shall be upgraded in accordance with the Tunnel Safety Regulations (TSF) and the handbook N500.
The assignment includes engineering design, renovation and documentation for the described tunnels. The assignment will also include temporary operation of the safety equipment during the construction stage.
The assignment also includes the renovation of side areas in the tunnels adapted to escape routes, the construction of necessary technical buildings and infrastructure required for the implementation of the project. Blasting works must be expected. Both tunnels shall be safety approved.
(S) tunnel (s) of washing and steaming are for railway equipment such as motors, power converters, rotors, tanks, power drawers .... The differences have workpieces weighing up to 2 000 kg and dimensions corresponding to a 1300 mm side cube.

The work covered by this contract concerns the security and improvement of the conditions for the evacuation of users of the Meudon tunnel. They consist mainly of digging the exhaust gallery and the 2 branches of connection with the existing railway tunnel.
This market consists of two main works:
- The evacuation gallery,
- Connection branches.
The evacuation gallery, this is a tube of 3.5 m inside diameter, for a length of 1600 m. The evacuation gallery is planned to be dug in the tunnel boring machine, its covering is made up of reinforced concrete voussoir. A concrete renformi is cast in the lower part of the gallery to reveal a flat width of 2.40m.
The two connecting branches are located respectively at Pk 11 + 601 and Pk 10 + 537 connected to the west end of the railway tunnel by an evacuation gallery. The connecting branches are 30m long and connect the exhaust gallery to the railway tunnel.
Each branch has a 10m long lock, the cunette is connected to the central channel of the railway tunnel. The construction of the last meters of the shoots and the piercing of the tunnel pedestal at the right of these are services not included in the present project.
