The contract includes the construction of a preschool courtyard with water, hard-surfaces, HCP, fencing, lighting and technical features such as LOD magazine, grease traps, lines and a lot of play equipment and the occasional storage. The contract also includes the construction of an environmentally certified träbyggand 2 floors with herb-grass / sedum roofs.
Sundbyberg Stadshus AB decided on 30.5.2017 to invest in a new waste disposal plant in Hallonbergen / Ör to handle waste management for all new exploration plans planned in the area.
Sundbyberg Waste & Water has been commissioned to build the new sewage plant.
Installation of sewage equipment in newly built terminal, as well as piping from property boundaries to terminal plant.
Total contract for construction of suction hopper terminal. Soaking equipment is excluded.
Shaker work for suction pipe. Installation of pipes not included.
This contract relates to a framework agreement procurement of consulting services in the form of Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers and Landscape Architects Plan.
The services relate to different types of missions in order to complete the Sundbyberg city's own expert knowledge and resources to strengthen its organization.
The Trustee intends to develop four properties within a detailed 3 in West Ursvik, Sundbyberg.
The blocks included in DP3 are located closest to the activity embankment and along the boulevard. The properties will house apartment buildings. Quarter along the boulevard must also include some commercial activities at street level. The blocks will not have a built in garage, but parking will be accommodated in the garage during activity embankment.
Housing must be well-planned with a high degree of utilization. That BOA / BTA will be optimized. Buildings must, if possible, be classified according to the environmental building silver.

Procurement refers to temporary tele-technical systems required during the construction of the main tunnels and installations of the main tunnels. The following systems are covered by the contract:
- Access control and positioning systems,
- Joint evacuation alarm with light and sound signals,
- Radio with Rachel and mobile telephony,
- Central monitoring system.
Procured provider will supply equipment and provide for its installation. The supplier shall in addition be responsible for operation and maintenance of installed equipment including continuous expansion and updating of the facility based on the operation of the relevant contracts and adaptation to the servers and server environment.
Including option relating;
- Operation and maintenance of temporary electrical installations,
- Operation and maintenance of temporary sanitation facilities;
- Operation and maintenance of temporary tunnel ventilation,
- Additional temporary electrical installations in concrete tunnels.
