To solve the Work Environment Authority requirements for accessibility in wet rooms and eldercare new requirements for nursing homes be KV. Map 1 in Sundbyberg rebuilt. The interior: - Level 5-8 accommodations departments a total of 56 apartments, - Level 4 administrative premises - Level 3 (Main Floor) common rooms, gyms, kitchens, goods receipt, etc., - Stage 2 (Basement) operational areas, changing rooms, storage rooms, warehouses, etc. The installations in the whole building replaced entirely, as a consequence of the new floor plans. These include ventilation, electricity, telecommunications / data, lighting, potable water and sewage. Heat recovery type FTX and lågenergibelysnings installed. The house is equipped with sprinklers and fire alarms. Ventilation units and equipment in the controllers are changed to new. A sopsugsanläggning for mobile vacuum system is built. Exterior: Existing brick facades demolished and replaced with additional insulation plastered facades. All windows and doors are changed to more energy efficient. Existing balconies demolished and replaced with new ones. Large common balconies to create the farm. Farm on level 4 and level 3 being torn and get new waterproofing and new farm environments are created. The reconstruction requires extensive demolition work / piercings and lintels. Everything is torn in principle to "stomrent". This is done mainly by a side contractor.

The Trustee intends to develop four properties within a detailed 3 in West Ursvik, Sundbyberg.

The blocks included in DP3 are located closest to the activity embankment and along the boulevard. The properties will house apartment buildings. Body TSS:

Procurement refers to temporary tele-technical systems required during the construction of the main tunnels and installations of the main tunnels. The following systems are covered by the contract:

- Access control and positioning systems,
