The scope and purpose of the contract

The tender contest is for a framework agreement for building contractor services for the following participants:

The procurement's value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold, but the volume is very difficult to calculate as we do not know what projects will arise in the coming years. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. The volume can vary a lot from year to year.

Lots and alternative tenders

Tenders can be submitted for one or both zones. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of a zone, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The Contracting Authority has considered splitting up the assignment in accordance with FOA § 19-2 and will do this by splitting the procurement up into 2 geographical zones and allowing parallel framework agreements for the extent.
