The contract is for the execution of works involving the completion of energy-efficient refurbishment of the building Kindergarten No. 10 Street. Kościuszki 31 in Sopot. Object of the contract covers both the construction, as-built documentation and other work necessary for the proper realization of the contract. The contractor bears full and complete responsibility for the proper completion of the contract from the moment of signing the contract until the end of the warranty period for the object of the contract.
The contract is for the execution of multi-branch design documentation, and then on the basis of the construction works and maintenance work for the implementation of the project entitled .: "Adaptation of historic willowo - park street. James Goyki 1-3 in Sopot on the needs ArtInkubatora and public library ", located on plots No. 40/4, 40/5, 41 Ark. 15 maps, precinct Sopot, owned by the Municipality of Sopot, in accordance with the technical knowledge, the regulations in force law, other documents of contractual rules of the trade, the safety of construction and future operation, while maintaining the high quality of the materials and solutions and ensure the future trouble-free and economical use of the building in accordance with its intended use, as well as the removal of all defects and faults that occur during the warranty and guarantee provided by the Contractor, in the framework of the declared by the Contractor of the package price.
Object of the contract is part of the investment, which was named "Adaptation of historic willowo - park street. James Goyki 1-3 and parts of North Park in Sopot on the needs ArtInkubatora and public library "implemented under the Regional Operational Programme for Pomorskie for the years 2014 to 2020
Order is implemented in the system "design and execute" - works.
Preparation procedure was preceded by a technical dialogue, the aim of which was to obtain opinions, comments and suggestions and proposals for technological, functional and objections coming from Participants in the dialogue.

The subject of the order includes the investor's supervision over the execution and in the period of investment guarantee: "Adaptation of the Northern Park in Sopot between Powstańców Warszawy Street and Mamuszki Street - stage I, for the needs of Artinkubator, within the framework of the project:" Adaptation of the historic villa and park complex at ul. Jakub Goyki 1-3 and parts of the Northern Park in Sopot for the needs of the Artinkubator and the public library, implemented within the Regional Operational Program of the Pomeranian Voivodship for the years 2014-2020.
3. Execution of works includes, in particular:
1) Slices of green, clearing the plot and demolition of foundations, floors, walls, as the remains of the partially demolished earlier farm buildings.
2) Residential building: o net volume of 9,793.7 m3;
3) installations and devices in buildings, including:
a) water supply and sanitary sewage,
b) storm water drainage,
c) central heating and hot water, including substation equipment,
d) electricity, lightning protection, surge, power,
e) teletechnical - telephone, Internet, terrestrial and satellite,
g) smoke staircases,
i) passenger lifts;
4) systems and connections, including:
a) water supply (networks and connections)
b) sanitary sewage system (networks and terminals)
c) storm water drainage (networks and terminals)
d) Power (connection of the building to the cable connectors ZK-A, B-ZK, ZK-C)
e) area lighting,
f) telecommunication (only conduit for connection with manhole connection);
5) of the area, including small architecture:
c) parking spaces,
d) two garbage cans,
f) area lighting,
g) children's playground.
6) other works and activities necessary for the subject of the Order, including, if necessary, the execution of projects, assembly and workshop, which the Contractor will perform their own efforts and at their own expense and as-built documentation.
7) The scope of the Contract does not enter:
a) the supply and installation of lighting fixtures in all public housing;
b) the performance of power grids including ZK-A, B-ZK, ZK-C.
The contract is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a bicycle path in Sopot - Al. Independence and Al. Mamuszki.
