Z uwagi na konieczność stworzenia właściwych warunków i możliwości realizacji szkolenia z wychowania fizycznego dla żołnierzy jednostek i instytucji wojskowych w Zamościu istnieje potrzeba wykonania boiska wielofunkcyjnego przeznaczonego do gry w piłkę ręczną, piłkę siatkową, koszykową, tenis ziemny. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia: prace projektowe podstawowe robóty budowlane do wykonania: Roboty rozbiórkowe, Roboty ziemne, Roboty budowlane, Roboty instalacyjne, Roboty wykończeniowe, Podstawą wykonania robót powinna być dokumentacja projektowa, wytworzona przez Wykonawcę. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje  budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej w Abramowicach Prywatnych, gm. Głusk. Zakres obejmuje roboty przygotowawcze, roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe, kolizje, przewierty oraz roboty nawierzchniowe dla sieci kanalizacyjnej Dn200 długości 6744,0m oraz sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej Dn 160 o długości 1831,0 m.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z warunkami technicznymi wykonania robót określony jest w projekcie budowlanym oraz Specyfikacji Technicznej Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych stanowiących załączniki do niniejszej specyfikacji.
Obowiązki wykonawcy robót budowlanych
1)	Wykonanie przedmiotu umowy w ustalonym terminie, zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową, sztuką budowlaną i zasadami współczesnej wiedzy technicznej, obowiązującymi normami i przepisami prawa  budowlanego,  na ustalonych  warunkach oraz z  należytą starannością.
2)	Przedłożenie Zamawiającemu nie później niż w dniu przekazania placu budowy harmonogramu rzeczowo - finansowego wykonania robót oraz planu bioz.
3)	Zabezpieczenie mienia Zamawiającego znajdującego się na placu budowy.
4)	Zapewnienie właściwego oznakowania i właściwego zabezpieczenia budowy.
5)	Utrzymywanie porządku na terenie budowy oraz usuwanie na własny koszt zbędnych  materiałów, odpadów i śmieci.
6)	Ponoszenie odpowiedzialności finansowej za szkody wyrządzone przez Wykonawcę właścicielom lub użytkownikom  posesji sąsiadujących z terenem budowy.
7)	Ponoszenie odpowiedzialności za naruszenie istniejącego wszelkiego rodzaju sieci uzbrojenia terenu i urządzeń podziemnych; Naprawa uszkodzonych w wyniku prowadzonych robót urządzeń uzbrojenia podziemnego i nadziemnego - w uzgodnieniu z ich użytkownikami (administratorami).
8)	Uzgodnienie z Zamawiającym miejsca na ustawienie zaplecza socjalno - magazynowego oraz ponoszenie wszelkich kosztów związanych z jego utrzymaniem. 
9)	Zapewnienie bezpiecznych warunków ruchu drogowego kołowego i pieszego w rejonie przedmiotowych robót.
10)	Na odcinku prowadzenia robót należy zabezpieczyć dojazd do przyległych nieruchomości; ewentualne ograniczenia ruchu kołowego Wykonawca będzie zgłaszał mieszkańcom z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem.
11)	Dbałość o środowisko naturalne, w tym , aby odpady, emisje i zanieczyszczenia z terenu budowy, a w szczególności ścieki, pyły, wyziewy i hałas były możliwie najmniejsze, nie przekraczały dopuszczalnych prawem norm i nie stanowiły zagrożenia dla środowiska naturalnego. 
12)	Prowadzenie na bieżąco dzienników budowy. 
13)	Dokonanie wszelkich uzgodnień, zgłoszeń i uzyskanie pozwoleń niezbędnych na etapie prowadzenia robót budowlanych. 
14)	Przywrócenie do stanu pierwotnego nawierzchni dróg (drogi tłuczniowe do odbudowy), chodników, znaków w przypadku ich zniszczenia podczas robót, z uprzednim zagęszczeniem wszystkich przejść poprzecznych i podłużnych wykonanych w pasach drogowych; po wykonaniu zagęszczenia po przekopach obowiązkowo należy wykonać pomiar wskaźnika zagęszczenia gruntu i przedłożyć na piśmie Zamawiającemu (stanowisko ds. drogownictwa) przed podpisaniem protokołu odbioru.
15)	Przywrócenie do stanu pierwotnego terenu wszystkich nieruchomości, na których będą prowadzone roboty budowlane przedmiotowego zadania wraz z przedstawieniem Zamawiającemu potwierdzających powyższe oświadczeń właścicieli nieruchomości.
16)	Naprawa ogrodzeń oraz usuwanie innych uszkodzeń istniejących obiektów i elementów zagospodarowania terenu, spowodowanych prowadzonymi robotami budowlanymi wraz z przedstawieniem Zamawiającemu oświadczeń właścicieli nieruchomości potwierdzającymi naprawę wyrządzonych szkód. 
17)	Uporządkowanie terenu budowy po zakończeniu robót.
