The general contractor should have the capacity to finish the complete construction of the new town hall in accordance with the contract, so that the hand-over can take place at the latest by 20 December 2018 (completion date). The new town hall shall be taken into use by the end of December 2018. The new town hall is detail designed in accordance with NS 3420:2016/01 and shall be built to passive house standards.

Sandnes town council approved the construction of a swimming pool at Iglemyr in Sandnes municipality in the financial plan for 2017 — 2020. A total of 233 000 000 NOK has been put aside in the approved budget for investment resources for the project, including, amongst other things, plot and engineering design costs and VAT.
The swimming pool will be approx. 5 400 m
The ground work will start in March 2018. The contractor must have the capacity to complete his work in accordance with the contract, so that the hand-off can take place no later than 27.1.2020 (final deadline).
The contract work consists of contract E01 Main contract, as this is described in the contract documentation and annexes. The following construction work is included in contract E01: Piling and sheet piling, concrete work, steel constructions, masonry and tiling work, joinery/carpentry work, locks and fittings, roofing work, flashing and guttering work, metal work, glass and aluminium facades, painting/wallpapering, ceiling work, fixed building fixtures, auxiliary work and lift, etc. The project is divided into the following contracts:
E01 Main contract,
E02 Heating, water and sewage installations, ground and landscape,
E03 Purification installations for the pool,
E07 Centralised Operational Control system.
One contract will be awarded for each of the contracts, based on the individual tender documentation and notices for each contract.

— Delivery and installation of fixtures and equipment.
The project shall be organised as a general contract, i.e. the Contractor assumes all works necessary to execute the project, based on the contract model Performance Contract NS 8405:2008. The A4 site is ready for construction works. The general contractor should have the capacity to finish the complete construction of the new town hall in accordance with the contract, so that the hand-over can take place at the latest by 20.12.2018 (completion deadline). The new town hall shall be taken into use by the end of December 2018. The new town hall is detail designed in accordance with NS 3420:2016/01 and shall be built to passive house standards.

The construction of 17 residential units for persons in financial difficulties in Sandnes municipality has been approved for the financial plan 2015-2018. The contracting authority has, thus, entered into a contract for engineering design services for and the construction of 17 residential units in Welhavensvei 21. The assignment includes:
— Detailed engineering design based on a sketch project;
— Construction of 11 terraced houses of 73 m2 and six flats of 45 m2 with a total gross area of approx. 1073 m²;
— Construction of sheds with a total gross area of approx. 86 m²;
— Construction of a technical room for all the residential units of approx. 24 m²;
— Development and completion of the outdoor area including a play area;
— Delivery and installation of fixed fixtures and equipment;
— Delivery and marking of asphalt as well as the delivery of some road area by the parking places.
The project shall be carried out as a modified turnkey contract based on NS 8407:2011.
A decision was made in the town council's discussion of the finance plan for 2016-2019 to set aside resources for a respite care centre with a children's home. Up to 25 respite care and children's homes are included in the construction programme. The respite care centre must be planned with several minor units that all have the necessary functions. In this way, user groups with very different needs can have respite care at the same time and still be screened from each other. The programme houses the personnel facilities and administration together. In addition to the respite care units, the centre shall include premises for an activity department and communal functions/personnel section.

The project will be organized as a general contract, that the contractor assumes all operations that are necessary to implement the project, based on the contract model execution contracts NS 8405: 2008. The plot A4 is ready for construction work. General Contractor shall have the capacity to complete the complete construction of a new town hall in accordance with the contract so that the takeover business could take place at the latest by 20 December 2018 (final deadline). New Town Hall to take effect the end of December 2018. The new city hall is planned in detail according to EN 3420: 2016/01 and will be built by a passive house standard.
