A tender contest for a turnkey contract with interaction in the early stage for the renovation of the original buildings; the Main building, at NHH (the Norwegian school of economics) in Bergen The Main building from 1963 comprises a total of 12,527 m², divided in high-rise and low-rise buildings, an assembly hall and representation premises. The Main Building is centrally situated at campus, and it connects the 2 other buildings from 1995 and 2013, respectively.

NHH's (the Norwegian School of Economics) original buildings, the Main Building from 1963 shall be renovated. Statsbygg shall ensure the contracting authority's function for the project. The Main building shall, in connection with the renovation, be developed for a more future-oriented, flexible and area efficiency use, adapted to increased interaction and varied work and teaching methods. NHH shall be in operation, including teaching, during construction period. However, the high-rice shall be emptied while the renovation works are executed. The actual main building is listed in accordance with the protection class 2. Even though the actual main building comprises several building parts, the majority of joint technical plants are located in the low-rice. The project is complex and demanding. Predictability, cost-efficient solutions and close co-operation between all involved parties are of vital importance for the renovation works.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement with 8 to 10 tenderers for project manager services in construction and property. The contract shall cover small and large maintenance projects, alterations and minor new constructions.

OUS estimates that the annual turnover for project management will be approx. 50 000 000 NOK to 70 000 000 NOK.

Oslo University Hospital Health Trust (henceforth also referred to as OUS) shall enter into parallel framework agreements for project management, building and construction works.

Investment projects are planned for a value of 700 000 000 NOK per year in the framework agreement period. The value of the project management is expected to amount to 10 % of this value.

OUS' projects are multifarious and various in relation to scope, duration and costs. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's requirement for project management for the entire spectrum of projects. The requirement for project management services are related to OUS* construction projects properties and other projects in connection with OUS' administration and operation of the properties, as well as internal projects. The majority of the projects relates to construction projects.

The contract will include renovation projects, additions, new buildings, and repairs/maintenance. Many of the projects are technically complicated and require competence with works for hospitals in operation. 30 % of the existing buildings are also listed. The current building complex has an area of 900 000 m2.

The tenderer undertakes to perform this work. Previous figures may provide the tenderer with an indication of the framework agreements combined scope during the agreement period. The value of the agreement is estimated to be approx. 60 000 000 NOK over 4 years, based on previous figures.

The Water and Sewage Authority reserves the right to:

— To procure parts of the Water and Sewage Authority's future needs outside of the framework agreement.

— To arrange individual competitions for minor trench construction, manhole reconstruction, light surface works and restoration/supplementary works on lawns/green areas during the period of the framework agreement.

— To enter into other framework agreements that partially overlap this framework agreement.

— During the period of the framework agreement perform work equivalent to that included in this framework agreement in instances where the Water and Sewage Authority finds it appropriate.

The contracting authority is the municipality's professional body in relation to roads, road traffic and public transport on roads. The contracting authority has the administrative responsibility for 1 245 km municipal roads. An important part of this administrative responsibility is related to services for development, operation and maintenance of the roads and public places in order to ensure good conditions for all road users. The framework agreement shall cover the requirement for minor construction works on roads and streets.

Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to 5 contractors who shall meet the requirements for minor construction works for roads and streets. Structural fitting work.

Structural fitting work including deliveries of structural work within the facades, including the necessary rigging for the contract.

The work includes all non-supporting internal walls, covering the inside of the climate wall, internal glass panels and system walls in office areas, doors, locks and fittings, ceilings, floor systems and coverings, tiling and painting work, as well as various types of coverings. The fixed fittings include reception fittings, kitchen and cloakrooms. Crane beams, refrigeration rooms and some special fittings shall be delivered for the special rooms and animal facilities.
