Roof construction is "flat roof" on concrete slab with treoppbygging, divided into six fields with slope to the drain and internal drainage. Existing roofing is EPDM rubber sheet of unknown age and some asphalt coating on the wing. The building has a ventilation atop the roof, which will involve some work with fittings solutions and seals in connection with overlap. There are some takoverbygg at entrances and lagerbod front of the building, these cardboard roofing that are not included in this request for a new roof.

The roof has several leaks in the roof, which has been difficult to locate and rectify. The roof's overall condition is poor. Repairs are made with asphalt coating, partly welded / grouted.
