The scope and purpose of the procurement.

The competition is for a framework agreement for the provision of building contractor services for the following participants (the estimated volumes in the brackets are per annum excluding VAT): Hurum municipality (the volume is included in Hurum Eiendom KF) Hurum Eiendom KF (2 000 000 NOK), Hurum Havner (350 000 NOK), Lier municipality (2 200 000 NOK), Lier eiendomsselskap KF (the volume is included in Lier municipality), Nedre Eiker municipality (15 000 000 NOK), Røyken eiendom AS (REAS) (4 000 000 NOK), Røyken municipality (the volume is included in REAS), Øvre Eiker municipality (2 500 000 NOK).

The chosen contractors must be able to take on the following disciplines with their own or external resources (not exhaustive): Builder/carpenter/joiner, bricklaying/sheathing/tiling, flashing and guttering, passive fire protection.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into parallel agreements with 3 or more tenderers in two zones, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received.

Upper Eiker invites with this competition for the renovation and upgrade the dimensions of water pipeline and water sewer on Semsveien (Project - Infrastructure Semsveien). The mission includes establishing effluent line and stormwater conduit with manholes and drains in parts of the same route, and the establishment of overflow, for existing stormwater culvert from large brook.

The mission includes the creation of new body and surface pavement / walking and cycling path, and the establishment of physical separation between infrastructure and pavement. Mostly traditional digging in road and G / S, optionally with trench boxes, but also includes two wire tension with "no-dig" workmanship, respectively bulging and rørpressing / controlled drilling. It must be constructed and operated makeshift water for industrial and other residential buildings during the construction period. Winter must be expected.
