Name: Construction work RRA tenders for a team with construction management.
The team shall, in total, have the following roles:
— Main construction manager (follow-up of the building, rigging, shifts, safety, etc.);
— Technical construction manager;
— KU (Coordinator execution/SHA-coordinator).
Turnkey contract for the erection of new construction at Drammen DPS Thorsberg.
Bodø kommune, (the Contracting Authority), hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition on construction management for the new Town Hall in Bodø.
The new Bodø Town Hall is a project in down town Bodø. The building shall be constructed in the quarter bordered by Kongens gate, Torvgata, Dronnings gata and Havnegata. The current Town Hall, Norges Bank building [Bank of Norway Building] and the old library are all currently located in the same quarter.
The existing Town Hall building and Norges Bank building shall remain unchanged on the visible facades, but shall be completely renovated internally.
The old library has been demolished.
A new six storey building will be constructed that fills the site where the old library was as well as other areas integrating the Norges Bank Building and the existing Town Hall in a combined new Town Hall building.
Public outdoor areas will be included in the block.
The tender offer should include complete performance as the construction manager for all of the construction works, ground works, demolition works, progress planning, reporting to project management and general organisation to assist the Contractor in an optimum execution of the construction project.
The tender offer should also include complete performance as the SHE Co-ordinator in the execution phase (KU) in accordance with The Builder Regulation (Bhf). An SHE plan has been developed and shall be further developed and kept updated throughout the construction phase of KU.
A project hotel shall be continually and actively used and for all documentation in the project. The project hotel is administered by the builder. Contractors should obtain documentation and drawings from the project hotel and arrange their own copying as needed. The same applies to construction management.
The Contractors and construction management shall actively participate in planning of progress to ensure optimal execution and obligatory organisation of the construction project. Construction management shall actively participate in the progress planning work and commit to actively assist to ensure completion of the activities to an agreed time and within the economic limits applicable at any given time. (Annex 2 to Book 0, ‘Requirement for collaboration and active participation in planning’ described this in detail.)
Construction Manager (CM) shall execute complete management of work connected to the construction contract and co-ordination with other contracts and construction management for technical disciplines. Important elements in this work will be:
— Actively participate in progress planning for optimal execution, staffing and resource management and collaborate loyally with project management (BL), Engineering Design Manager (PRL) and progress planner (FPL) to find the best solutions for the Contracting Authority/Contractor (BH).
— Actively follow up the contractors and find good solutions in agreements for progress and economic limits.
— Write minutes from construction meetings and follow up the items for quick, consecutive clarification of these.
— Report to the project management continuously and in the manner agreed to after contracting.
— Actively use the project hotel for all documentation and drawing exchange.
— Receive and process changes that come from contractors to ensure good and professionally solid, reasoned choices and decisions on these in collaboration with the Contractor and project management
— Assistance with the execution of commissioning, tests and hand-over of all contract works to the Contractor.
— Assistance with the preparation of the final settlement.
The Construction Manager must work closely with PL, PRL and FPL and contractors and it is assumed that the construction manager will have good communications skills and have a solutions focussed way of working.
The BL assignment requires that there is no dependency or connections between the person who has the role of BL and the contractors or suppliers.
All documentation and communication shall be in Norwegian.

A framework agreement for engineering design services and construction management.
Nedre Romerike Sewage Company (henceforth referred to as NRA) cleanses sewage water for three municipalities with a total connection of approx. 130 000 pe. The entire region is growing rapidly and the dimensioning basis for the facility is based on NRA have almost double the amount of connections in 2040. NRA shall, in order to reduce emissions of sewage water, construct a chemical cleansing stage, including a preliminary treatment process of the water that runs in spillway in front of the existing plant. The new cleansing stage will be entirely built in rock. This contract consists of carrying out the construction work for the development of the new cleaning stage. The dominating work assignment will be to cast all the water conveying channels and basins in addition to other concrete constructions.
The tender contest applies to a framework agreement regarding the purchase of technical
consultancy services for construction management for Bamble, Drangedal, Kragerø,
Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien municipalities. Municipal and intermunicipal companies and other particpants in
the GKI (the Grenland municipalities' procurement unit) shall have option for entering into the contract. See chapter 6.
Tenders shall be submitted for the entire inquiry which applies to all municipalities and
participants in the GKI (the Grenland municipalities' procurement unit).
The contract period is 2 years, with options for an extension of 1+1 year.
A construction manager for the implementation of local noise reduction measures for residential properties in Oslo, Akershus and Østfold.
The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of project management, project work and construction management for investment projects.
The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipality's need for assistance with carrying out investment projects. The contracting authority normally has approx 30 to 50 active projects that range from concept choice reviews (KVU) to the construction of the facility/building. The investment budget for 2016 is approx. 250 000 000 NOK.
Rødtvet nursery has a central location between small houses and blocks in the suburban area Rødtvet. The tender competition is for the renovation of an existing building, as well as the construction of an extension. The existing buildings are on BYA's yellow list for protection consideration. The existing building has 6 departments, which shall be reduced to 5 departments. The extension shall be designed and constructed for 4 departments.
Project management for the construction of a school for 1st - 10th years and a multi-purpose hall in Flesberg municipality
A new swimming pool shall be included in the further planning as an option in a tender competition.
The estimated value/financial limit for the school project without the swimming pool is approx. 183 000 000 NOK.
Flesberg municipality has entered into a cooperation with Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF for assistance in the process of constructing a new school.
Bindal kommune has undertaken the renovation/reconstruction of Terråk school and construction of a new sports hall in connection to the school. Terråk school was built in 1972 and currently consists of 2 school buildings. Elementary school (first to fourth grade) and primary and lower secondary school (fifth to tenth grade), including gymnasium/community centre. Beyond this there is a separate administration building of newer origins that is not included in the project.
The current primary and lower secondary school shall be renovated, reconstructed and extended so that it houses all of the grades (one to ten). The current elementary school shall be cleared. The elementary school shall be in operation during the construction period.
TEK 10 shall be used in all disciplines.
In connection with the above, the Contracting Authority desires the establishment of an engineering design team that shall report to the coordinating project manager (architect) who shall ensure all disciplines connected with preliminary engineering design and detailed engineering design of the project.

— Coordinating project manager (Architect) (ARK);
— Civil Engineer Consultant (RIB);
— Electro Engineer Consultant (RIE);
— HVAC Engineer Consultant (RIV);
— Fire Engineer Consultant (RIBr);
— Acoustic Engineer Consultant (RIAku);
— Landscape Architect Consultant (ARK-Landscape).
Responsible applicant as well as an environmental clearance report shall be included and coordinated by the engineering design manager or the person designated to take care of this.
The engineering design comprises the preliminary project, detailed engineering design, follow-up during the construction and during the one year warranty period.
