The contract works consist of construction of five new toll rings in Town Package Nord-Jæren Toll Stations. The toll stations will be set up so that they build rings toward Stavanger and central Sandnes, Forus and the airport. Bypakken.no shows and approximate overview of the placement of the new toll stations.

The toll stations shall bring in money for the major expansion projects in the region during the next 15 years.

The work involve construction of 38 new toll stations, and demolition of 21 existing toll stations. Some of the existing toll stations shall be replaced with new toll stations, and must be in operation right up until the new ones are operative.

The works concern the preparation of the Opsangervegen road to an Environmental street. The objective of the road project is to reduce the transit traffic and connect the central areas of Husnes closer to a park near the Osangervatnet Lake. The works include road construction works, laying of new road and marine Water and Sewage pipes, renovation of the storm water system, as well as landscaping works for a park. The road length of the project is approx. 1 650 m.

The road construction works include the expansion of the road width to 7 m and the construction of a foot and cycle path with a width of 3 m. The water and sewage works involve the laying of approx. 1 620 m sewer pipeline with dimensions DN315 and DN400 mm, and approx. 1 650 m water pipe with dimension DN280. A submarine pipeline through the Opsangervatnet Lake shall also be laid. The length of the pipeline is approx 1 650 m with a dimension DN280 mm. A new surface water system shall be established by using i.a. OV pipes with dimensions DN215-DN1600 mm. The landscaping works includes works for a park towards the Opsangervatnet Lake with green areas along the road.

Drammen municipality is preparing a long-term focus on local development for up to year 2020 for the Fjell district. One of the main measures are development of the central areas with a new square, sports hall and activity centre. Fjell School (1-7) shall also be expanded and renovated.

The construction works shall be executed as a turnkey contract and the contract will be awarded in accordance with a restricted tender contest.

Stage 1 of the tender contest (prequalification) will be published during spring 2017.

The purpose of the prior information notice is to inform interested contractors about the project and facilitate a good procurement process. An information meeting will be held in Fjell District Building during February 2017. The objective of the meeting is to present the contracting authority's organisation and general plan for the implementation of the tender contest and construction works.

The new Bodø Town Hall is a project in down town Bodø. The building shall be constructed in the quarter bordered by Kongens gate, Torvgata, Dronnings gata and Havnegata. The current town hall, the Norges Bank building and the previous Bodø library are located/were located in the same block.

The New Bodø Town Hall will consist of a new building (New Building) as well as the existing town hall (Town Hall) and Norges Bank's building (the Bank).

The new building will connect all the buildings together to one unit. The Town Hall and the Bank shall be completely renovated.

The new town hall shall function as an office building for Bodø municipality's administration and, in addition, cover the necessary functions for political work, with offices and meeting rooms for political parties.

The existing town council room, municipal executive board room and a meeting room called ‘Blåsalen’ shall be kept in the original style as much as possible, but technically upgraded. The rooms are listed and compliance with these requirements is required.

The office area for Bodø municipality's administration is mostly open plan with many ‘small rooms’ for protected work and a relatively large number of meeting rooms.

The entrance on the ground floor is a large reception area for enquiries from the municipality's citizens, with rooms for meetings and guidance as required.

On the 5th floor there is a canteen and meeting room.

This description is for contract K201 Construction Work. Tenders shall be submitted for all construction work and constructive demolition work and deliveries connected to this, which are described and referred to in the tender documentation.

The descriptions are divided into separate documents on the work in question, depending on the type of work and deliveries that shall be carried out or delivered, but which are included in the same contract, K201. The documents are:

— K201.0 is joint rigging and operations;

— K201.1 is ground and concrete work and the supporting system;

— K201.2 — Construction work;

— K201.3 is fixed fixtures;

— K201.4 is facades and roofing work;

— K201.5 is outside work.

The existing buildings Town Hall and the Bank will have internal demolition and environmental clearance work carried out by another contract, K200.

Contract K201 shall carry out all the remaining demolition and environmental clearance work, which will mainly be the demolition of constructive building parts that shall be changed and some external demolition work. This work is described in K201.1.

Contract K201 shall deliver all the joint rigging and operational services. These are described in Book 0 and in drawings/sketches that show the planned rigging area.

Contract K201 shall carry out all the construction work for the new building and the existing building, as well as all the ground work.

The project is for the construction of a new underground multi-purpose hall at Uranienborg, under Nordahl Rolfsens plass. The entire building, apart from the entrance area and ventilation tower will be located below ground. The gross area is 2 370 m². The ground is rock.

Nordahl Rolfsens plass is located between Uranienborg School and Uranienborg Church.

Nordahl Rolfsens plass shall appear as almost unchanged after the work has been completed. Preservation interests have guided the conditions for the location and form of the building. The trees along the square shall be kept.

The framework permission has been received.

The contracting authority wishes to emphasise three main challenges in the project:

— The planning and execution of safe blasting works.

— Extensive mass removal/transport to and from a densely built-up city/urban areas.

— Engineering design and production of waterproof structures.

This contract is for the demolition and removal of the existing snow shelter and the construction of a new one.

The shelter is located just east of Haugfjell, approx. km 37.1 — 37.4. The existing shelter has a wooden supporting construction that is covered in wood and steel roofing sheets. The shelter is approx. 320 m long.

Road bridge construction work

E6 Finneidstraumen, the bridge contract, includes the construction of a new bride across the Finneidstraumen. The bridge shall be constructed as a dual box-girder bridge with an associated concrete surface. The bridge span is approx. 68 m and the width of the bridge is 15 m. The abutments are founded on steel core piles on rock. Axis 2 is crossing a municipal road directly under the E6 in such a way that the abutment is constructed as a culvert structure on the landside of the bridge. Axis 1 has a hanger-on abutment on one single foundation. The existing abutment and E6 shall be secured against the construction pit with drilled pipe sheet piles.

The contract shall, in addition to the construction of a new bridge, include blasting works for the entire mountain ridge located west of the existing E6. Blasting works for road-beds. The blasted rock shall i.a. be used for fillings for the bridge abutments.

Kongsberg kommunale Eiendom KF (the contracting authority) shall procure consultancy services for the preparation of condition analyses for municipal buildings. A contract will be signed with 1 tenderer.

In the period from the period March 2017 until 12.6.2017 reports shall be prepared for a total 90 365 m2 buildings. The total building area includes 76 667 m2 purpose-built buildings, 9 843 m2 residential buildings and 3 856 m2 defined as ‘other properties’ The requested disciplines in this connection are RIB (Consulting engineer construction works for buildings), RIV (Consulting engineer HVAC and sanitary installations), and RIE (Consulting engineer Electrical installations). The service provider shall also have access to HR for RIBR (Consulting engineer Fire-proofing), if required.

The condition analyses shall be conducted in accordance with NS 3424. The standard NS 3423 is considered in connection with assignments involving listed buildings.

The service provider shall offer consultancy services for RIB, RIE and RIV. The service provider shall also have access to HR for RIBR, if required.

A registration on level 1 shall be conducted. If incidents requiring registration on level 2 or 3 are discovered during inspections, an agreement with the contracting authority shall be made for each incident. Discovered measures are divided in the various condition levels.

Bodø kommune, (the Contracting Authority), hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition on construction management for the new Town Hall in Bodø.

The new Bodø Town Hall is a project in down town Bodø. The building shall be constructed in the quarter bordered by Kongens gate, Torvgata, Dronnings gata and Havnegata. The current Town Hall, Norges Bank building [Bank of Norway Building] and the old library are all currently located in the same quarter.

The existing Town Hall building and Norges Bank building shall remain unchanged on the visible facades, but shall be completely renovated internally.

The old library has been demolished.

A new six storey building will be constructed that fills the site where the old library was as well as other areas integrating the Norges Bank Building and the existing Town Hall in a combined new Town Hall building.

Public outdoor areas will be included in the block.

The tender shall include complete performance as a construction manager for HVAC and sanitary installation disciplines, progress planning, reporting to the project management and general organisation in assisting the Contractor in an optimal execution of the construction project.

A project hotel shall be continually and actively used and for all documentation in the project. The project hotel is administered by the builder. Contractors should obtain documentation and drawings from the project hotel and arrange their own copying as needed. The same applies to construction management.

The Contractors and construction management shall actively participate in planning of progress to ensure optimal execution and obligatory organisation of the construction project. Construction management shall actively participate in the progress planning work and commit to actively assist to ensure completion of the activities to an agreed time and within the economic limits applicable at any given time.

The Construction Manager (CM) shall execute complete management of work connected to the HVAC and sanitary installation contract and co-ordination with other contracts and other construction managers for other disciplines. Important elements in this work will be:

— Actively participate in progress planning for optimal execution, staffing and resource management and collaborate loyally with project management (BL), Engineering Design Manager (PRL) and progress planner (FPL) to find the best solutions for the Contracting Authority/Contractor (BH).

— Actively follow up the contractors and find good solutions in agreements for progress and economic limits.

— Write minutes from construction meetings and follow up the items for quick, consecutive clarification of these.

— Report to the project management continuously and in the manner agreed to after contracting.

— Actively use the project hotel for all documentation and drawing exchange.

— Receive and process changes that come from contractors to ensure good and professionally solid, reasoned choices and decisions on these in collaboration with the Contractor and project management

— Assistance with the execution of commissioning, tests and hand-over of all contract works to the Contractor.

— Assistance with the preparation of the final settlement.

The Contract K301 HVAC includes all HVAC and sanitary technical installations for heating, ventilation, sprinkler system and plumbing installations, Water and Sewage, etc. The HVAC and sanitary installation contractor must co-operate closely with the electro contractor and the automation contractor. This also applies to construction managers for these disciplines.

The Construction Manager must work closely with other construction managers, PL, PRL and FPL and contractors and it is assumed that the construction manager will have good communications skills and have a solutions focussed way of working.

The BL assignment requires that there is no dependency or connections between the person who has the role of BL and the contractors or suppliers.

All documentation and communication shall be in Norwegian.
