Beginning of April 2017 a tender will be published. The objective of this tender is to conclude an agreement with a tenderer who is able to carry out the geophysical investigations required to obtain the soil information at the Wind Farm Zone Hollandse Kust (Noord). This soil information will be made available to all potential bidders for offshore wind farms in the Netherlands.
The objective of the geophysical soil investigation is to improve the bathymetrical, morphological and geological understanding of the wind farm zone and identification of objects in the designated wind farm zones and to obtain geophysical information on these locations, which is suitable for the preparation of geotechnical investigations and suitable to progress the design and installation requirements for offshore wind farms, including, but not limited to foundations and infield cables.
Carrying out the geotechnical investigations required to obtain the soil information at the offshore Wind Farm Zone Hollandse Kust (noord). This soil information will be made available to the participants in the concession tenders for this offshore wind farm zone.
The geotechnical soil investigations of Wind Farm Sites I and II of the Wind Farm Zone Hollandse Kust (zuid) will be the reference for the Scope of Work, see http://offshorewind.rvo.nl/generalzh
The tender is divided in 2 lots:
Lot No 1 (25-35 % of total value): Executing seabed PCPTs campaign with a target depth of 50-60 m
Lot No 2 (65-75 % of total value): Executing continuous sampling PCPT boreholes (with a target depth of 50-80 m) and seismic PCPT boreholes (with a target depth of 50-60 m); vibrocoring; MIC testing; a laboratory testing programme (cyclic and static) on the obtained soil samples and creating a detailed geological ground model.

The Dutch State has submitted a bid book for the housing of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) together with the municipality of Amsterdam.
The purpose of the assignment is a new housing of the EEA with the following characteristics:
- To realize an office building of 38,500 m² bvo, of which 10 000 m² bvo consists of a conference center.
- Location: Amsterdam Zuidas, Vivaldi building.
- The accommodation must comply with the EEA's spatial and functional PvE.
- Technical standard in accordance with RVB quality.

These include the rehabilitation, demolition and / or replacement work on building and / or plant parts and work in the context of raising illegal construction situations. The work in this field are usually involved different disciplines.

The Project consists of all supplies, works and services to be performed under the DBFMO contract resulting from this tender. This consisted essentially of the design, construction, supply of support services, providing resources, maintenance, financing and provision of Michiel Adriaan de Ruyter barracks with the user, the Department of Defense, specifically the Marine Corps, part of the Navy command. This is done on location at the Outer Harbour, a former Olau grounds and inside the dike subregion in Flushing.
