1 INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this effort is to locate a contractor that is capable of filling the needs of the 171st Vehicle Management Flight (LGRV) shop. The LGRV Shop needs Four-Post Lift in order to service and maintain various vehicles for the 171st.
1.1 SCOPE
1.2.1 The contractor will disconnect all electrical connections to the old Four-Post Lift. Remove and dispose of the old Four-Post Lift. The contractor will install the new Four-Post Lift. The contractor will reconnect all electrical connections for the new Four-Post Lift. While working in the Vehicle Management Shop the contractor will follow all safety and O.S.H.A regulations.2 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSItem #'s and specifications shown below are for reference. River Clyde Homes is a forward thinking and dynamic ‘not for profit’ social housing provider that owns and manages over 6 000 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2 250 homes in the Inverclyde area of Scotland.

We are looking to procure the services of an experienced and competent contrator to undertake the comprehensive servicing and maintenance of a total of 37 passenger lifts within High rise (26 Lifts) and Low rise (11 lifts)properties in Inverclyde. Works to include off site alarm monitoring and emergency response service. Contract may include the renewal or replacement of parts as required.

Coventry University’s current lift maintenance and service contract is being re-tendered as it is reaching the end of its contract term. The University will be considering a Cost Plus option for contract.

It is anticipated that the new agreement will be put in place for June 2017 with a sole supplier for this agreement.

The new contract will begin as a 3 year agreement with the option of extending for 2 additional 1 year extensions. During the contract there will be frequent performance review meetings that will monitor contract adherence.

The agreement will cover all of Coventry University Higher Education Corporation Group’s current and future buildings. These include Coventry University’s main campus buildings, student accommodation buildings and also Coventry University Enterprises Ltd‘s (CUE) buildings within Coventry University Technology Park. All the buildings differ in age and size.
