The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

Section 3a – Scope of Works

Section 3b – Related Services

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder and Joint Venture;

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form including the Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

Section 8 – Form for Performance Security

Section 9 – Drawings and General Notes (Annex 1 and 2)

Section 10 – General Terms and Conditions for Civil Work

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, must be delivered on or before 17 April 2017 on or before 1400 hours to Bids.iraq.sc@undp.org by mentioning the “ITB Reference No. ITB-095/17 – Re-Construction of Overhead Water Steel Tank, 300 m3 Bashir City, Taza District, Kirkuk Governorate, Iraq”.

The bidders are advised to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 6 April 2017 between 11:00 till 14:00
