design-build process in accordance with Articles 91 and 33 of Decree 2016-360 II of Ordinance 2016-360 passed in the form of a competitive procedure with negotiation for the conclusion of a framework agreement.
South Brittany Habitat wants to get technical solution to meet its production targets. The pavilions and associated works will be made after purchase order or conclusion of emissions subsequent contracts. It is planned the design and construction of two pavilions of urban forms: A traditional design (slate slope) and a contemporary design. These pavilions will be broken down into types ranging from T2 to T5. Each of these types will be designed with two possible orientations. There is provided the realization of a minimum of 40 lodges and a maximum of 100 over the duration of the framework agreement on of approximately 4 to 6 pavilions operations.
It is not recommended to constructive process.
The holder will have to make:
- all studies of design and development (ODA PRO, EXE, DET, OPC, AOR, according to the definitions of the MOP law), including the establishment of the building permit, including all related studies ( fluids, thermal, structural, safety, acoustic facilities ..),
- all the work, all state bodies necessary for the project, including site preparation, construction of the building and the realization of HHT and green spaces.
The purchaser will command the pavilions mainly by orders with several opportunities to finish and interior or exterior design.
