Conseil général Hauts-de-Seine | Published November 26, 2015
The consultation concerns the construction and restructuring of Albert-Kahn museum and county garden in Boulogne-Billancourt. The general program of work provides for: - the rehabilitation and redevelopment of nine existing buildings to make them accessible to the public including people with reduced mobility (PRM), to create new exhibition spaces, improve working and spaces storage and reduce their vulnerability to floods, - construction of a new building, rue du Port, from the corner of the Rue des abundances. Open to the gardens, this new architectural complex will create a single entry to the site by a large open square. This building in R + 2 with terrace will have a semi-underground level of parking. This construction leads to the demolition of existing buildings, properties of the department of Hauts-de-Seine, separated from the walls of the museum and gardens, which are located from 2 to 6 rue du Port and 124 JB weather. The demolition was the subject of a distinct market, completed by the end of this consultation procedure, - the creation of decorative landscaping and amenities in the park, as well as a courtyard reminiscent of a Zen garden in museum entrance.
