The purpose of the contract is to carry out the following works:
- Construction of a housing complex of 62 housing units and 4 businesses located at the corner of avenues of the Coupiane and Paul Valéry on the Commune of La Valette du Var.
The plot on which the future property complex will be located is the one on which was built the former Clinique du Coudon.
The property complex is therefore composed of:
- A building A of 21 social rental housing units and 4 businesses
- A building B with 19 accommodation units
- A building C of 22 residences in accession
- VRD and green spaces
The works are divided into 8 lots, processed by separate markets.
In addition, the construction project is the subject of an application for Certification Habitat and Environment Profile A from Cerqual for Building A (Chapter 2).
The work of this batch concerns the installation of roads, wet networks and dry networks (roads, wet networks, dry networks) as well as green areas concerning the construction of housing and shops in place of the old Clinic du Coudon.
