Recruitment of the works for the execution of the construction projects of the "Central Espigón of the Expansion of the Port of Bilbao in the Open Abode (1st Stage)" and of "Stabilization of the Western Sector of the Punta Lucero quarry", essentially consisting of one side in the construction of the western half of the port infrastructure called the Espigón Central, and partly in the partial stabilization of a sector of the hillside front of the old Punta Lucero quarry, which presents serious problems of instability, taking advantage of surplus material of the excavation for the previous port infrastructure.
The modification of the contract consists, on the one hand, in an adjustment of the geometry of the slopes, in order to reduce to the maximum the risk of planar breaks, without increase in the surface of affection by the works of stabilization nor neither variation of the geometry end of the work, and, on the other hand, an adjustment of the solution of the debris system by means of well tunnel, proposing a tunnel of 230 meters in length, connected with 2 wells that would join with berms of dimensions 202 and 97 meters, respectively. Said modification does not generate any modification of the initial conditions, nor any economic consideration.

Construction, on a plot of 74,565 square meters with a total working area of 48 811.90 square meters, a edificatorio complex of 3 main ships that have some local smaller size associated to the production process itself and an administrative building annexes. It ships with precast concrete structure and facades in prefabricated concrete panel. The height of the industrial buildings is 20 meters cornice and ridge height is 21.80 meters. Local annexes will precast concrete structure and facade precast concrete panels. The administrative building is divided into three floors with a prefabricated concrete system. All as determined by the project.

Project, construction and assembly of a ro-ro ramp on pontoon type, both made of steel, which meet the specifications required in the Technical Specifications and with a minimum load capacity of 250 Tns. The pontoon will be crowned by a superstructure formed by sections of different slopes. The pontoon through its superstructure, will be connected to the dock by a ramp or bridge. The bridge will have a total width of 11 meters and a half. The ro-ro ramp is not intended to remain located in a fixed point of the port, so it should be easily removed and placed on any dock with the least necessary additional work.
