The contract put out for tender is a turnkey contract for the expansion of the port of Odense comprising extending quays, dredging of the new harbour bassin, the fairways and and the new quay and dredging and removal of any soft deposits locally behind the new quay including disposal of dredged but non-reusable materials, reclamation behind the quay and in hinterlands and establishment of revetment at the northern boundary of the reclaimed area. Pavement work on quay aprons and hinterlands with bound pavements, designing future pavement on hinterlands and establishment of drainage systems for quay aprons and hinterlands with bound pavements. All planning, design and authorities processing is also included in the contract.
The tender is a negotiated procedure and the procedure is further described in the Generel Terms of the tender documents.

The scope of the work divided into professional disciplines is as follows:
Port structures: Establishing a 125 meter extension of Quay 76 with a water depth of 11.0 meters, prepared for a minimum water depth of 12.5 meters. Establishing 250 meter section-quay with a water depth of 11.0 meters, prepared for a minimum water depth of 12.5 meters. Establishing 660 meter main quay with a water depth of 11.0 meters, prepared for a minimum water depth of 12.5 meters. Establishing a wing wall at the northern end of the main quay of approximately 40 meters. All with associated quay equipment (bollards, quya ladders, fenders etc.).
Dredging and reclamation: Dredging of the new harbour bassin and the fairways including reclamation and re-use or disposal of dredged material and re-use of cohesive material. Dredging of new basin between the fairways and the new quay including disposal of dredged but non-reusable materials and re-use of cohesive material. Dredging and removal of any soft deposits locally behind the new quay including disposal of dredged but non-reusable materials. Reclamation behind the quay at a width corresponding to the quay aprons, using clean friction materials up to the underside of the bearing layer for surfacing. Reclamation in hinterland. Removal of existing revetment at the northern end of Quay 76. Establishment of revetment at the northern boundary of the reclaimed area.
Roads and pavements: Pavement work on the quay aprons and hinterlands with bound pavements. Design of future pavements on hinterlands. Work for the crane site.
Installations: Establishment of drainage systems for the quay aprons and hinterlands with bound pavements.
All candidates are invited to an information meeting which will be held in the prequalification period on 2 March 2017 at 10 am at The Port of Odense, Noatunvej 2, 5000 Odense.
The tenderes will not receive remuneration for submitting the tenders.
Main contract for the construction of 38 new homes and remodeling for 31 new (conversion) homes in existing buildings at the address Hyrdevej 11, 5300 Kerteminde, matr. no. 26 cm Kerteminde Markjorder and associated parking and road construction.

The new buildings are constructed multi-family buildings in 2 floors, the upper floor is entered with trempelspær. Conversion takes place in three of the existing buildings, one building has been declared worthy of preservation. There is currently project was carried out by lead consultant C & W Architects A / S and the counselor OBH-Gruppen A / S. Construction management is handled by C & W Architects AS.
Local Plan no. 285 applies to the area.
The agreement includes the establishment of 3 pieces. for storage tanks in concrete for liquid degassed biomass in the construction of the biogas plant Nature Energy Korskro A / S. The agreement also includes the design of the tanks incl. base plates, etc.
1. Construction of building A containing department, filter, boiler room, loading / lossehal for biomass with underlying and outlying tanks hall for industrial, workshop and office / meeting department and personnel department.
2. Construction of engineering time between Buildings A and B.
3. Construction of building B with the department, crane deck area for solid biomass, aflæsseområde for solid biomass, bills division as well as pump and engineering department and tavlerum.
4. Execution of earthworks for all cables and pipes in the ground.
5. Execution of squares and roads coating.
6. Construction of violence and wet regnvandssø.
7. Perimeter fencing and construction of ports.
The work also includes design of following structural elements:
- Steel Rafter with longitudinal stiffeners
- Concrete Bunde for thought.
- Columns, beams and decks.
Renovation of a total of 248 residences in Section 34, Diana Vænget.
In connection with the renovation replaced facades over substantially all of the buildings. Balcony transitions to be replaced. There must install new windows and exterior doors in the building.
In 4 out of 10 blocks must be established elevator and the apartments need to be rebuilt so that they continue to comply with the National Building Fund requirements for accessibility. There shall be a total of 86 housing availability in the department. All availability homes rebuilt with new larger kitchen and bath. In connection with the establishment of the elevator and renovation of the homes in these blocks closed down a total of 18 one-bedroom homes and two bedroom residences. After renovation there will be 228 homes in the department.

Sewer and drainage, foundations, elevator pits and exterior stairs, elevator shafts, wall and floor elements, decomposition walls and floors in bathrooms, new walls and floors in bathrooms, wall and floor tiles, closing gaps in walls and floors, and site layout.
