The procurement is structured in 7 lots consisting of:

The objective of the tender is to charter two Walk-to-Work vessels for DONG Energy's German windfarms. One Walk-to-Work vessel for Operations and Maintenance in BKR1 and GOW1+2, and one vessel for construction of the BKR2 windfarm.

The Walk-to-Work vessel will be an integral part of the operation and maintenance setup on the wind farms BKR01 and GOW01+02 located in Germany. Technicians and site management of the wind farm will be operating from the vessel, where minimum 40 technicians will be based on a bi-weekly rotational basis.

The W2W vessel is equipped with a motion compensated gangway system for transferring technicians from the W2W to the TP. Furthermore, the W2W must be equipped with a boat landing and a crane for handling cargo from W2W to a CTV when the CTV is positioned in the W2W's boat landing.

The Scope of Services specifies our requirements for capabilities and capacities of the Walk-to-Work Vessel, including operational requirements. The Walk-to-Work Vessel must have capacity for minimum 40 charterer personnel in single cabins, and be able to transfer personnel and tools/spare parts between the vessel and the wind turbine generators. The Walk-to-Work Vessel must include a crew to operate the vessel. The Walk-to-Work Vessel can both be new built or a conversion of an existing vessel.

Delivery of 4 horizontal directional drillings for the Han Herred project (lot 1)

and 1 horizontal directional drilling for the COBRAcable project (lot 2). Drilling

lengths range between roughly 350 and 800 meters. The procurement

procedure will result in two contracts, one for each lot. The contracts will be

awarded individually.

Lot 1 consists of four long horizontal directional drillings, each having length of approximately 300-450 m in relation Han Herred Thy Mors Salling.

Lot 2 consists of a single HDD of 755m length which is placed on Fanø Island near Esbjerg in relation with CobraCable.
