Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services
The tender package, E8001 Station Works, is a Design and Build (D&B) tender package for the following six (6 no.) stations:
1. Glumsø Station;
2. Lundby Station;
3. Vordingborg Station;
4. Nr. Alslev Station;
5. Eskilstrup Station;
6. Nykøbing Falster Station.
Work includes (but is not limited to):
— Design in 3D;
— NoBo and Assessor approvals;
— Authorities approvals.
— Construction of new platforms;
— Construction of new footbridges;
— Dismantling, moving and reconstructing existing footbridges;
— Demolition of footbridge;
— Dismantling and reconstructing platform forefronts;
— Fitting out platforms and station areas;
— Construction of retaining walls and noise barriers;
— Installation of lift and lift constructions.
Work also includes all drainage work, necessary earthworks and retaining walls in connection to footbridges and platforms.
The operation of the railway must be maintained during construction apart from the predefined time periods where the rail line is closed.
The tender package, E 8001 Station Works, is part of the constructions of the Ringsted — Fehmarn Rail Line.

Independent Safety Assessor for the safety assessment of the Civil Works construction comprised by the contract CRSH1 in phase 4 (the construction phase after contract signature) of the project: ‘CItyringen Branch off to Sydhavnen’ (CRSH).
Cityringen branch off to Sydhavnen (CRSH):
The construction of CRSH will be performed via a Civil Works design and build contract called CRSH1 plus a Transportation System design and build contract CRSH4.
The physical connection to Cityringen is performed by the current CWC contractor (CMT) on Cityringen. The supply of rolling stock and high level transportation supplies like ATC and SCADA will be supplied by the current TSC contractor (ASTS) on Cityringen. Finally a number of other contracts like utility relocations, road diversions etc. will be entered separately by the Client. By nature the CW contract CRSH will have interfaces to CRH4, CWC at Havneholmen shaft and to TSC.
Metroselskabet has already entered into a contract with TÜV Rheinland InterTraffic GmbH with DNV-GL as subcontractor as a System Level Independent Safety Assessor (SYSISA) for CR, Cityringen Branch off to Nordhavnen (CRNH) and CRSH.
The SYSISA is performing the safety assessment of the CW supplies for CR and CRNH as well as performing the safety assessment of the complete fleet of rolling stock for CR, CRNH and CRSH plus all TS supplies like ATC, SCADA and other TS subsystems for the CR, CRNH and CRSH projects.
Services put out to tender:
In conclusion the scope of work for the CWISA is the safety assessment of CRSH1.
Independent Safety Assessor will be procured to assess all aspects related to CRSH1 of the specifications, design,manufacture, construction, installation, training, testing, commissioning, trial running and final acceptance of the Transit system to verify compliance with the governing standards for the assessment services and the standards governing safety of Cityringen Branch off to Sydhavnen;
— Implement the safety assessment of CRSH1 for the contractual set-up of CRSH.
— The CW certification process
— Perform safety assessment of the contractors works including the interface work to CR at the Havneholmen shaft to ensure that the CRSH1 contractors and sub-contractors are following the specified standards.
— Interface substantially with the SYSISA by supplying assessment reports and information to SYSISA as well as receiving assessment reports and information from SYSISA
— Participate in meetings to ensure progress and solving technical issues.

HOFOR, Hovedstadsområdets Forsyningsselskab, is building a new biomass fuelled power plant at the existing Amager Power Plant with a performance of 500 MWh. The entire project for the building complex, the storage facilities and the conveyor system is called BIO4. The building complex consists of turbine — and electrical building, boiler building and flue gas treatment building. It is approximately 50 meters wide and 205 meters long. The highest point of the building is approximately 70 meters above ground level. The two storage facilities are approximately 200 meters long, 40 meters wide and 40 meters high. There are several conveyor systems starting from the southern harbour going to the storage facilities and on to the building complex. Along this alignment there are secondary buildings such as transfer stations, wood chipping plant and various electrical buildings.
The project is located on land registry number 544, 553, 554 and 566 Amagerbros Kvarter, Copenhagen. The address for BIO4 is Kraftværksvej 37, DK-2300 København S.
This contract includes arrangement and layout of a common construction site which is to be used by future contractors. Moreover, the contract includes necessary relaying of pipelines and demolition works of various buildings and structures. The arrangement and layout of the construction site is mainly located to the north and east of the existing power plant. Relaying of pipelines is mainly in the area of the new building complex north of the existing power plant, storage buildings and the southern harbour. Structures to be demolished are primarily located at the southern harbour.
