Independent Safety Assessor for the safety assessment of the Civil Works construction comprised by the contract CRSH1 in phase 4 (the construction phase after contract signature) of the project: ‘CItyringen Branch off to Sydhavnen’ (CRSH).

Cityringen branch off to Sydhavnen (CRSH):

The construction of CRSH will be performed via a Civil Works design and build contract called CRSH1 plus a Transportation System design and build contract CRSH4.

The physical connection to Cityringen is performed by the current CWC contractor (CMT) on Cityringen. The supply of rolling stock and high level transportation supplies like ATC and SCADA will be supplied by the current TSC contractor (ASTS) on Cityringen. Finally a number of other contracts like utility relocations, road diversions etc. will be entered separately by the Client. By nature the CW contract CRSH will have interfaces to CRH4, CWC at Havneholmen shaft and to TSC.

Metroselskabet has already entered into a contract with TÜV Rheinland InterTraffic GmbH with DNV-GL as subcontractor as a System Level Independent Safety Assessor (SYSISA) for CR, Cityringen Branch off to Nordhavnen (CRNH) and CRSH.

The SYSISA is performing the safety assessment of the CW supplies for CR and CRNH as well as performing the safety assessment of the complete fleet of rolling stock for CR, CRNH and CRSH plus all TS supplies like ATC, SCADA and other TS subsystems for the CR, CRNH and CRSH projects.

Services put out to tender:

In conclusion the scope of work for the CWISA is the safety assessment of CRSH1.

Independent Safety Assessor will be procured to assess all aspects related to CRSH1 of the specifications, design,manufacture, construction, installation, training, testing, commissioning, trial running and final acceptance of the Transit system to verify compliance with the governing standards for the assessment services and the standards governing safety of Cityringen Branch off to Sydhavnen;

— Implement the safety assessment of CRSH1 for the contractual set-up of CRSH.

— The CW certification process

— Perform safety assessment of the contractors works including the interface work to CR at the Havneholmen shaft to ensure that the CRSH1 contractors and sub-contractors are following the specified standards.

— Interface substantially with the SYSISA by supplying assessment reports and information to SYSISA as well as receiving assessment reports and information from SYSISA

— Participate in meetings to ensure progress and solving technical issues.

Digital aerial photography with a ground sample distance of 15 cm and optional 10cm GSD and absolute orientation of the imagery so the result can be used for stereo mapping and ortho photos. The sub agreements/lots are made to make sure any local good weather can be used to data acquisition. The Photo period is from 10th March to 1st May. This year only 2 lots is tendered.

Lot 2 — containing 11 photo blocks of 15 cm GSD and optional 10cm GSD distributed over Denmark. Each block is approximate 2,20 hours flying and aerotriangulation of the separate blocks. All in all 25,23 hours standard operating flying time.

Lot 4 — containing 11 photo blocks of 15 cm GSD and optional 10cm GSD distributed over Denmark. Each block is approximate 2,25 hours flying and aerotriangulation of the separate blocks. All in all 24,71 hours standard operating flying time.

Country wide oblique aerial photography of approximately 43 000 km² captured 10 cm resolution. Period of image acquisition assessed to span from 15.2.2017 to 31.10.2017 with sun angle above 15 degrees.

The job will be split into five lots (sub-agreements) of approximate same size. Each Lot is spit into 10 or 11 photo acquisition blocks.

The acquisition has to be done with a digital frame based Maltese Cross system.

The Supplier needs to have a digital camera system of the Maltese type. Acquisition period is from February 15th to October 31st, with a sun angle above 15 degrees.

The amount image acquisition in Lot 1 is 8 741 km².

Metro company has since 2010 been engaged in building the new metro line Cityringen. Project for the City Circle Line will soon be entering its final phase, where the Metro construction sites again be transformed into urban space. Within Cityringen opening in July 2019 places around the stations and shafts reestablished.

Net Denmark are faced with having to purchase and install masts for radio coverage for:

1) The line between Copenhagen and Ringsted,

2) Signal program

3) Fehmarn

4) Internet in trains.

In order to cover the current needs provider Net Denmark hereby a framework agreement including delivery and installation of a number of master.

Please refer to the Order section II.2.4).

The purpose of the framework agreement is that the contractor, after entering into a Delivery Agreement, will supply and install the master, in some cases bringing foundations and complete the necessary ground works, and thus build a number of mast sites.

The Contractor shall in this connection charge of production and supply of masts, including carrying out construction work, as well as establish the necessary access roads.

Finally, the Framework Agreement cleanup in the terrain, leading back to the original state, except for the access road and from the foundation position.

Access roads to be constructed so that they can withstand driving in connection with the construction and subsequent traffic for maintenance and operation of antennas / master.

Immediately after the award obliges contracting entity to enter into the Delivery Agreement including the supply and installation of a number of masts on the route between Copenhagen and Ringsted. In addition, the framework agreement is not exclusive, ie the Contracting Authority in concrete situations may choose to enter into other agreements relating to the services covered by the Framework.

As part of the steam conversion, lantern Varmeværk (LVV) converted to supply district heating water instead of steam. Steam conversion requires the latest 12.1.2017 can be supplied 99 MW district heating water from the lantern Heating Central, of which 50 MW can be supplied from an existing steam boiler through a steam / water exchanger, and that all 99 MW district heating water by the end of 2018 comes from new boilers.

The purpose of the project is to scrap the existing steam boilers and establish new peak and reserve load boilers lantern Heating Central, so the lantern Heating Central by steam conversion can continue to ensure security of supply by providing peak / reserve capacity for base load plants for district heating.

The contract concerns the construction contract for construction work concerning, inter alia building, debugging, casting deck, the establishment of indtransportåbninger, window replacement.

The work includes a series of refurbishment works associated with conversion of the lantern Heating Central from steam to water, including:

- Renovation of floors and other surfaces as well as replacement windows. Both with associated environmental sanitation, since the building containing PCB-containing materials.

- Concrete Work in the form of degradation of plinths, grouting superfluous openings, establishment of new openings as well as the casting of opkanter about new openings.

- Establishment of indtransportåbninger in the roof and facades.

Execution of the works must be closely coordinated with the other contractors on site, including the contractors responsible for the supply of pipes and boiler equipment.

National Bank is Denmark's central bank and is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure currency system in this country and to facilitate and regulate the traffic in money and credit.
