The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 3 years with a possible extension of 1 year. Craftsman benefits can be divided into two main groups: Daily maintenance and planned maintenance. Albertslund and HOFOR provider jointly worked on the renovation of Albertslund Channel and surrounding areas. The work offered in the main contract in three stages, the first stage will be completed in 2016, the second stage in 2017 and the final stage in 2018. Each stage contains works concerning. renovation of the channel's bulwark and coatings. The existing bridges demolished and replaced by new bridges. Most bridges carried out with concrete, however, one bridge is designed as steel structure. The lighting system replaced and established varying vegetation along the canal.

The roofs are made as pitched roofs covered with dark fiber cement corrugated sheets. Tagrummene are unused and contain ventilation. There is a full basement under the building. Albertslund own their lighting systems, and is in the process of modernization of the plant in stages. The contract covers about 1,200 points of light, and an option for an additional 400 points of light.
