The ensemble of the St. Francis school is divided in future into three areas: the old building, consisting of wing component A and component C, the extension with canteen and professional classes, in the region of the interface between the old building parts connecting a T-shape with intermediate staircase and the new main entrance forms. The three-storey building with basement is created as a high-insulation building in massive construction (reinforced concrete structure in exposed concrete), with cladding of brickwork, window and Türalagen from glass aluminum frame construction, roof of a flat roof structure, partitions and suspended ceilings made of plasterboard, interior doors in wood, enclosed space properties total about 13 560 m³), location, Thiel Straße 3, 56073 Koblenz.
During the construction of the playground will be redesigned and the old buildings in parts of restructured functional.

The work is the rehabilitation of 2 stairwells with 5 stairs. These consist of 2 staircases and an intermediate landing respectively. The existing reinforced concrete structure should be preserved and strengthened.
