Description of BV The Municipal Versorgungsverband Baden Württemberg (KVBW) is planning to build its headquarters in Karlsruhe. The plot is located on the corner of Ludwig-Erhard-Allee / Henneberg road to a higher-level main thoroughfare in the east of the city. The new headquarters has a one-storey underground garage with natural ventilation, a ground floor and seven upper floors. From the 4th floor ongoing in parts of the building as a relay projectiles back. The office building forms with four aboveground bars of about 14-16 m building depth in the standard floors and up to 26 m building depth in the conference area EC a trapezoidal block with internal courtyard.

On the grounds of the Municipal Hospital a café serving meals and kiosk for patients and visitors of the hospital is currently operated in the House Z. This operation is to be continued by the future system concessionaire until this operation is relocated after completion of the construction in the currently under construction new house M. The concession to be awarded therefore covers both the operation of cafes and kiosks in the current House Z with about 630 sqm of floor space, and - after resettlement - sqm operation of cafes and kiosks in the new house with about 234 M space. The according to a tenant (from) description with a spatial / planning concept from the future concessionaire to be provided rehabilitation / expansion projects in existing home Z and the future House M with a required total investment of is about 500 000 EUR net are to be implemented at the expense of the future concession holder ,
The concession to be awarded includes the operation of a café and a kiosk in an existing building with about 630 sqm of floor space, and - after resettlement - in a new building with about 234 square meters of floor space. The term of the lease is expected to about 13 years (for the existing building voaussichtlich 3 years for the Newly Built Expected 10 years). The lease will also include the obligation to carry out renovation / expansion projects according to a concept of the bidder for both the existing buildings (approximately 250 000 EUR net) and for the new building (about 50 000 EUR net).
