The city of Coburg intends to build an ISS for the period the refurbishment of the Landestheater Coburg on a urban plot. This land is currently planted with a triple sports hall, which is away from the city Coburg partially. The organizations to act general contractor / construction manager (GU / GU) has to submit, at the site of the Dreifachsporthalle am Anger (Schützenstraße 2a) all the necessary planning and construction services for the construction of the ISS. The ISS has to be ready to 01.01.2019 and allow for an interim basis period of about 4 to 5 years, the performance of spoken theater, musical theater and ballet for 350 spectators at the latest. At the end of the interim season of GU / GU has the ISS to build back. The remaining part of the Dreifachsporthalle will abort the town of Coburg.
